MHT CET Exam Day Instructions

MHT CET 2024 Exam Day Instructions : MHT CET 2025 PCB exam will be conducted from April 9 to 17, 2025 except April 10 and 14, 2025. MHT CET PCM entrance exam 2025 will be conducted from April 19 to 27, 2025 except April 24, 2025. Through the MHT CET 2025 exam, the qualifying candidates will be provided admission to the B.Tech course , B. Pharma, and B.Sc Agriculture courses in the top colleges across Maharashtra. Since the exam is coming closer, most of you must have prepared your syllabus for the exam. However, it is very important for the candidates to not only prepare the syllabus but also exam day instructions for MHT CET 2025.

Quick Update: The MHT CET admit card 2025 will be released in April, 2025, on the official website of the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra.

MHT CET 2025 CBT Instructions for Candidates

The MHT CET 2025 CBT instructions for candidates are given below:

  • The MHT CET exam will be conducted as a Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) test.

  • There will be 4 options given for each question, out of which the candidates will have to choose one correct answer.

  • In case a candidate has any objection against the question in the exam, they can submit it through the Candidate’s Log as per the schedule.

  • Physics, Chemistry & Biology will have 1 mark for each question, and Mathematics will have 2 marks for each question

  • The exam will be a total of 180 minutes in duration.

  • There will be a total of 200 questions.

  • There will be no negative marking in the exam.

  • Each question will be displayed on the computer screen of the student one by one. The students must not spend a lot of time on one question.

  • The medium of the paper will be English/ Urdu/ Marathi, except for the language proficiency papers, which will be in their respective languages.

Documents to Carry to MHT CET 2025 Exam Centres

The candidates must keep ready with them the following documents to carry to the MHT CET 2025 exam centre:

  • Copy of online application form for the MHT CET 2025 exam

  • Admit Card (2 Copies At least)

  • Recent Passport Size Photograph

  • Aadhar Card or any other Government ID Proof

Things “Not to Carry” to MHT CET 2025 Exam Centres

Certain documents are STRICTLY not allowed for the MHT CET 2025 exam. These documents include:

MHT CET 2025 Important Exam Day Instructions

The candidates must keep in mind the following exam day instructions for MHT CET 2025 :

  • After the mentioned timing in the admit card for gate closure, no candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall

  • The candidates must bring with them MHT CET admit card, which needs to be shown to the invigilator whenever required

  • After the deadline, no extra time will be given to the candidates in any case

  • No candidate will be allowed to leave the exam hall before the exam is over. Similarly, no candidate will be allowed to enter the exam after test completion

  • The candidates must not use any personal sheet for rough work and must do the rough work on the sheet provided by the exam invigilator

  • Use of devices such as cellphones, calculators, watch calculators, alarm clocks, digital watches, Smartwatches with built-in calculators/ memory or any electronic gadgets will not be allowed in the examination hall

  • The candidates must wear masks and maintain social distancing when at the exam centres

  • The candidates must sit at their respective allotted seats only. The seat allotment will be provided at the examination hall

  • If any candidate is found using any unfair means, he/ she will be debarred from the examination and will not be allowed for the admission process
