NEET 2024 Information Bulletin: New Changes
Take a quick look at the new changes introduced in NEET 2024 information bulletin:- Revised Tie-Breaking Criteria : Lottery-based decisions through a computer have been removed from the updated NEET 2024 Tie-Breaker Policy .
- Updated Official Website : The NEET UG official website is now neet.ntaonline.in. Earlier it was neet.nta.nic.in. Increased Exam Cities : The number of exam cities has risen to 554 from the previous year's 499, with candidates required to select four cities of their preference.
Unchanged Exam Fee : The exam fee for NEET UG 2024 remains unchanged.
Expanded Eligibility : Till now only aspirants who have cleared class 12th or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English were eligible for the NEET exam, however, from 2024 onwards students with PCM will also be eligible to sit for the NEET UG exam without studying Biology/Biotechnology subjects.

1. Lower Age Limit
: Students must be at least 17 years old when they apply or will turn 17 on or before December 31 of the year they are applying for the undergraduate medical course. Here's the breakdown:

Revised NEET Tie-Breaking Policy: NEET Information Bulletin
As per the updated details shared in the NEET 204 information Bulletin, the computed-based lottery system used without any human intervention to decide who gets a higher rank in NEET has been removed. NTA has gone back to its previous tie-breaking criteria.
