NEET 2025 Exam Centres list has been published by NTA along with the information brochure. There are a total of 566 NEET 2025 Exam Centres this year, out of which 552 are Indian cities and 14 are international ones. In 2024, there were an overall of 571 cities out of which 557 Indian cities and 14 international cities were listed as NEET Exam Centres. Not only did the number of Exam cities reduce in 2025 but also candidates can now choose 3 exam cities instead of 2 while filling out the application form.
The NEET UG 2025 Exam is all set to be conducted on May 4, 2025, and students can choose their preferred NEET 2025 Exam Centres during the NEET 2025 Registration process from February 7 to March 7, 2025. However, it is important to note that once submitted, no further changes are allowed to be made in the list of NEET Exam Centres. All the important details regarding the allotted NEET 2025 Exam Centres, such as the Exam Centre Code, address, contact information, etc., will be mentioned on the NEET Admit Card 2025 and NEET UG intimation slip. NEET 2025 Exam Centres Highlights

The NEET 2025 Information Bulletin outlines that NEET UG will be held in a total of 552 centres in India and 14 centres abroad:

Availability : This year, NEET 2025 exam will be conducted in 552 Indian and 14 foreign cities giving candidates a vast range of options to choose from. Based on last year's data, the exam was conducted in 485 cities across India and 14 international cities.
Exam Cities: Candidates are allowed to select four exam cities that are convenient for them during the application process. Make sure the names of the centres are filled in the right priority order.
Selection Criteria: The selection of the exam centre is based on the state of the candidate's permanent and present address.
Merger of Exam centres: In case of insufficient applicants in a particular centre, the NTA reserves the right to merge it with another nearby centre.
Amenities: NEET 2025 exam centres are equipped with proper seating arrangements, CCTV surveillance, and proper invigilation to ensure a smooth and hassle-free exam experience.
Admit Card: The NEET UG 2025 Admit Card will contain the details of the candidate's allotted exam centre, including the address and contact information.
Non-Changeable: Once the exam centre is allotted, it cannot be changed under any circumstances. Therefore, candidates must choose their exam centre wisely.

Changes Introduced in NEET 2025 Exam Centres List

A few of the changes introduced in NEET 2025 Exam Centres List are as follows:

The total number of NEET 2025 Exam Centres has been reduced to 566. Last year, the number was 571.
An increase in the number of non-metro cities in the NEET 2025 exam centres list has been noticed this year. This will ensure students’ convenience residing in smaller towns or remote areas to commute to the allocated centres.
A good number of NEET 2025 Exam Centres across the major metropolitan cities have been assigned for all NEET students to choose their options from.
With an increase in the number of students residing abroad and applying for NEET entrance exam, the NEET 2025 Exam Centres List has incorporated 14 NEET Exam Centres across a few international cities as well.
According to the guidelines for NEET 2025 Exam Centres, students may also opt for their choice of NEET Exam Centre based on their preferred language and medium of answering the NEET Question Paper.
Candidates can select 3 exam cities while registering for NEET UG 2025, instead of 2.

No, the allotted NEET exam centres cannot be changed. All candidates must report to the venue according to the schedule mentioned on the NEET admit card.
