• Do not break the seat of the NEET OMR Sheet : The NEET 2025 OMR Sheet will be in a sealed Test Booklet. Avoid interrupting the seal unless asked by the invigilator. Breaking the seal before time can result in serious consequences, such as barring the candidate from the examination.

• Pages on the sheet : The Sheet contains a side 1 and a side 2 printed on both sides of a single sheet.

• Test booklet number : Candidates must ensure that the Test Booklet number on Side 2 of the OMR sheet is the same as on the Test Booklet.

How to Challenge NEET 2025 OMR Sheet and Recorded Responses?

NTA has made provision for the students to challenge the NEET 2025 OMR Sheet in case of any discrepancy. In case of every question, applicants need to pay INR 200 after contacting the official authority with their concerns. Students can refer to the table below to learn more about the step-wise process of how to challenge the NEET 2025 Response Sheet.

• Step 1 : Students who have appeared in NEET 2025 must visit NTA’s official website @neet.ntaonline.in.

• Step 2 : Click on the direct link available in the ‘Public Notice’ section or directly log in using the application number and password.

• Step 3 : Select the tab named “Select OMR challenge” and proceed once done.

• Step 4 : A total of 180 questions will be displayed on your screen. Select the question that has to be challenged by you.

• Step 5 : The questions challenged by you will be displayed on the Preview Page.

• Step 6 : Click on the ‘Final Submit’ button for the next page.

• Step 7 : Click on ‘Go for Payment’. Select a mode of payment and pay your processing fee of INR 200/- for each question challenged ( Make sure to not save your card/bank details in case of using a public system to access the website).

• Step 8 : Remember to always print the NEET 2025 OMR Challenge Receipt before clicking out of the website.
