Admission Process for Top Ranking Law Colleges
The admission process for top ranking law colleges in India is usually based on national, state or institute-level entrance exams. After qualifying the relevant law entrance exam, candidates have to sit for the counselling process wherein they might also have to undergo group discussion and personal interview round.
On the basis of scores obtained in the entrance exam, group discussion and personal interview, the candidate becomes eligible for the desired college or university. However, the final seat depends upon certain factors such as availability of course specialization, number of seats available, caste of the candidate, reservation policy of the institute, educational qualifications of the candidate etc.
