Yes, LPU does offer hotel management course, one is BSc in Hotel management 3 years and the other is Bachelor in Hotel management and Catering technology 4 years, for taking admission in these courses apply online and appear in LPUNEST exam.

I have completed my 12th from NIOS. Can I get into LPU?

Since LPU admits students from all recognized boards, including NIOS you can indeed be admitted after completing your 12th grade there. You must however fulfill the particular requirement for the course for which you want to apply.
