Last Minute Preparation Tips for REET 2022
The points provided below are well curated and should be followed by the candidates to give their REET exam preparation a final significant touch.
- Revise the studied topics:
As there is only a week left for the REET exam 2022 , candidates are advised to revise the studied topics and avoid taking up any new concept. A more better approach could be to begin with the topics which you studied the earliest and follow the same chronology while revising.
- Avoid taking up any new topic
This point compliments the tip number 1. Since it's just a week left for the exam, taking up new topics would create unnecessary stress and this may decrease your productivity and ultimately your chances of clearing the exam. So be confident over what you have studied till date and revise the same.
- Solve the Mock Tests regularly
Candidates must Solve at least 1-2 Mock tests regularly. This will provide an essence of the real time examination and will familiarize the candidates with the exam procedures to a good extent. This whole activity will definitely help the candidates to be comfortable and at ease on the REET exam day. Solving the mock tests will give the candidates a better understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. The candidates will also get an idea about the average time they spend over a question. Also try to solve the previous year questions asked in the REET exam.
- Analyze the Mock Tests
The task does not get complete just by solving the mock tests. Examine the mock tests and improve the incorrect part by revising the basic concepts. While analyzing the mock tests, you may find the fields where you commit mistakes. It does happen that candidates make silly mistakes while doing calculations, therefore, analyzing the mock tests will help you identify these mistakes and from the next time you will be cautious enough while attempting the questions.
- Give the Mock Test at a Single Stretch
Try to give the mock tests at a single stretch, without taking any mid break and that too as per the scheduled timing of the REET exam as this will help you to imbibe a biological clock within you. Following this concept will prove to be very much beneficial on the actual exam day/
- Focus more on the strength and nurture the weakness
Try to pay more attention to your strong points rather than panicking over the left or weak topics. The weak topics can be nurtured so that you develop a basic understanding of such topics and might attempt some questions which are being asked from these topics in the REET 2022 exam. The concepts which you are not well versed with should not worry you. Infact, you should be confident over your strong topics as REET is an eligibility test and you need to score the qualifying marks and not 100%.
- Assign more time to practice sections carrying more weightage
Focus more on the topics which carry more weightage in the REET 2022 exam. This will increase your chances of securing more marks in the exam.
- Utilize the benefits of marking Scheme
In the exam, try to answer all the questions as there is no negative marking in the REET 2022 exam. But make sure that the questions which you know should be solved first and with a careful approach.
- Take Proper Sleep
Amidst your REET 2022 preparation, make sure that you take proper sleep and rest. Proper sleep helps us to retain the things we learn. Secondly, depriving proper rest to your body may make you fall ill, which is pretty much unaffordable at this crucial stage, so please give optimum breaks and rest to your body. You should also exercise regularly to keep your body active and fit as it is said a sound mind rests in a sound body.
- Time Management is the Key
The governmental examinations these days are very competitive. The syllabus is simple but the time allotted to solve the paper is quite less. This demands a quick stimulus from the candidates while solving the paper, that too with good accuracy. So time management plays an important role in such examinations. Therefore, candidates should not give much time to the questions which are lengthy or tough. Candidates are advised to solve the easy and less time consuming questions first. Stay calm and Be confident during the exam.
