UCEED Full Form

The UCEED Full Form is the Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design and the official notification for the same has been released by IIT Bombay. This design-related entrance exam is all set to be held on January 19, 2025. UCEED Eligibility Criteria

Before you sit for this exam, as a UCEED aspirant, then you must be aware of the eligibility criteria for the UCEED Examination . Scroll down to read the three criteria that have been laid down by IIT Bombay:

Criterion 1 - Age limit:
The candidate should have been born on or after October 1, 2000, if belonging to the OPEN/EWS/OBC-NCL category and born on or after October 1, 1995, if belonging to the SC, ST or PwD category.

Criterion 2 - Number of attempts:
A candidate can attempt UCEED a maximum of two times, and that too in consecutive years. Note that the UCEED score is valid for one year and only for admissions in the same corresponding academic year.

Criterion 3 - Qualifying examination:
A candidate should have appeared for the Class XII (or equivalent) examination for the first time in either 2024 OR 2025 to be eligible for attempting UCEED 2025. Students from ALL STREAMS (Science, Commerce, and Arts & Humanities) are eligible.

UCEED Part A Syllabus: The Part A of the UCEED Examination includes topics like the Language, Creativity, Visualization and Spatial Reasoning, Observation and Design Sensitivity, Analytical and Logical Reasoning, Practical and Scientific Knowledge, Environment and Society.

UCEED Part B Syllabus: The topics asked under UCEED Part B syllabus are related to Drawing and Design Aptitude.
