UP M.Tech Admission 2024: The GATE entrance exam acts as the gateway for M.Tech admission in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow is responsible for conducting the admission process of engineering courses in the state of Uttar Pradesh. GATE exam 2024 is considered to be the basis for those candidates who want to secure admission in the M.Tech courses offered across the institutes of Uttar Pradesh. Admission into the M.Tech course follows a certain procedure that the candidate must follow for confirmation of admission. Entrance Exams for UP M.Tech Admission 2024

Admission into M.Tech course across the state of Uttar Pradesh is considered on the basis of the GATE entrance examination. The candidate must have a valid GATE scorecard to be eligible for attending the counselling rounds conducted for UP M.Tech admission. Candidates who have a valid GATE scorecard can directly apply for UP M.Tech counselling rounds.

UP M.Tech 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The minimum eligibility criteria to apply for M.Tech course in the states of Uttar Pradesh are as follows: -

• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

• The minimum percentage in the qualifying examination should be at least 50%

• The candidates must choose the relevant M.Tech specialization based on his/ her B.Tech degree

UP M.Tech Application Form 2024

Candidates whose names appear in the merit list after the GATE entrance examination will have to appear in the counselling rounds. Those who have a valid GATE scorecard can directly apply for the Uttar Pradesh M.Tech counselling process. The candidates will have to fill in the online application form and pay the application fees to appear in the counselling rounds. UP M.Tech Admission Process 2024

Admission in the M.Tech courses offered in the states of Uttar Pradesh is considered on the basis of the GATE entrance examination. Step by step procedure of the M.Tech Admission Process is illustrated below: -

• All candidates seeking admission in the M.Tech course can fill in the application form for the GATE entrance examination through the official website

• Once, the GATE examination is conducted successfully, the conducting body releases the merit list of candidates. Now, the candidates can apply for UP M.Tech counselling rounds
