Online Document Verification
- The document verification will be conducted in the online mode. Every applicant will have to successfully upload the documents before the deadline of CAP registration
- The candidates will receive an SMS after the successful verification of documents
- The candidates need not visit the Helpline Centre for document verification
Display of MHT CET Provisional Merit List
- After verifying the application form of candidates, the CET cell will release the MHT CET 2024 provisional merit of candidates
- The name of the applicants displayed in the provisional merit list are eligible to participate in the subsequent rounds of the MHT CET counselling process
- If the candidates have any discrepancy with the provisional merit list, they can raise an objection with the concerned authority
- The provisional merit list of MHT CET 2024 is purely based on the rank secured by the candidates in the MHT CET 2024 exam
Display of MHT CET Final Merit List 2024
- After verifying the objections raised on the provisional merit list, the Maharashtra CET cell will release a final merit list for MHT CET 2024 CAP

MHT CET Seat Allotment 2024 - Options Available
Candidates will have the following options to choose from during the seat allotment process.
Freeze
- Candidates allocated a seat as per their first preference can accept the seat allotment and pay the requisite admission fee
- Candidates who are allocated a seat from the option other than their first preference can also accept the allotment if he / she is satisfied
Not Freeze
- Candidates who are allocated a seat other than the first option and are not satisfied with the allotment made will have the option 'Not Freeze' to choose and subsequently participate in the MHT CET counselling 2024 round 2
- Applicants are recommended to accept the already allocated seat and wait for a better seat allotment in the following rounds
- If the applicant gets a preferred allotment in following rounds, he / she can accept it which will result in automatic cancellation of the previously allocated seat
- If the candidates does not get a better allotment, then he / she can retain the previously allocated seat
