BCECE counselling will tentatively begin starting the third week of September 2024 by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB). Applicants who met the prerequisites and were placed on the BCECE merit list 2024 based on the results of the examination will be contacted to take part in online counselling by completing an online registration form. In the meantime, BCECEB will make available the admission/ provisional BCECE 2024 seat allotment list for counselling.

The designated seat must be secured by an applicant through choice locking and fee payment. BCECE counselling 2024 has been arranged in two rounds as of now. Given the number of open seats, more counselling rounds were to be scheduled. The online application process will be the initial step in the counselling procedure. The next step is for applicants to rank the educational institutions on the list according to their choices. A tentative seat allocation list will be released by BCECEB, that applicants can access through their user accounts. They can then freeze their seat if they wish to confirm it; if not, they can pass by selecting the float choice. Upon completion of the scheduled verification of paperwork, applicants must re-login to be assigned a seat. To verify their assigned institution and spot, they must pay the required admission fee.
