How can I get admission to Lovely Professional University?

Admission to the Lovely Professional University Punjab is entrance-based. The university accepts the scores of various entrance exams like LPUNEST, CUET, NATA, CAT, MAT, XAT, and, JEE Main, to name a few. Among these, the LPUNEST stands for the LPU National Eligibility and Scholarship Test and it is conducted by the university itself. While the other exams are course-specific, LPUNEST is accepted for most of the courses. For the LPU admission to PhD, the university conducts a separate entrance test. Apart from this, aspiring students are also required to meet certain basic eligibility criteria like passing class 12, graduation, and, postgraduation, for the UG, PG, and, PhD admissions respectively. 

Once the candidates clear the above mentioned exams as per their course, the university shortlists candidates based on various parameters like the past academic performance, category of student, entrance exam scores, as well as course preference. A list of selected candidates is released. For some courses, the university also releases its cutoff lists. In such cases, candidates must meet the minimum admission cutoff as well. As the final step, candidates are sent a confirmation letter for their admission to the email id they provided in their application form. They must pay the admission fee to confirm their admission.
