I scored 122 out of 300 in Chemical Science in TS SET but still not qualified. If 40% is enough to qualify for BC-D category, why am I not qualified?

Dear Student,

As per the TS SET 2024 qualifying cutoff requirements, you need to score 35% in both papers taken together. For reserved category students, the qualifying cutoff is 35% aggregate marks in both the papers taken together. Additionally, TS SET only offers qualification status to 6% of the students who appear for the TS SET exam, and as per the slot allocation reservation policy, only 7% of the BC-D category students will be allocated slots for the Assistant Professor eligibility status. Therefore, you must score more than the minimum qualifying marks in order to be eligible for Assistant Professor roles in your preferred Telangana universities and colleges.
