I am not much sure of Sipna College of Engineering & Technology, But I can share few details about the best university of India LPU. Yes ofcourse there are Diploma courses in LPU. A wide variety of course are opened in Diploma. Like: • Engineering : Eligibility 10th with 50% with English ,Maths and Science • Management: Eligibility 10th with50% with English • MLT/ Paramedical Sciences: Eligibility 10th with50% with English • Architecture: Eligibility 10th with50% with English ,Maths and Science • Design: Eligibility 10th with50% with English • Fashion Design: Eligibility 10th with50% with English 5% to North East states and Sikkim candidates / Defence Personnel and their Dependents/Wards of Kashmiri Migrants. 1.
