Dear Komal, 

Yes, you have to apply online from the official website or download the offline form and submit to the college for distance learning courses at Radhey Hari Govt. P.G. College. However, you must check the eligibility criteria beforehand for your desired specialisation. At least 50 percent marks in class 12 must be secured for admission to any specializations. There are 10 specialisations offered by the college for B.Ed courses with a seat intake of 480.
