BVP CET Law

Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University is one of the many universities that provide admission to law courses without a score of any national-level entrance exam. It conducts its separate exam to offer admission. Unlike BVDU, plenty of other colleges accept CLAT , LSAT and AILET scores to offer admission to law aspirants.

BVP CET Law is an undergraduate entrance examination of law conducted by the Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University (BVDU). The exam is usually conducted online for 540 seats across LL. B , BA LL. B and BBA LL. B programmes. Aspirants with apt legal skills and knowledge can easily crack the exam and secure a seat in an integrated LL. B or LL. BVP CET Law Eligibility Criteria 2023

The eligibility criteria of BVP CET Law are the essential parameters that need to be met before filling out the application form for Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University. Enlisted below are the minimum requirements that a candidate must satisfy.

For 5 Years LL. B:

  • The applicant must have cleared the class 12th examination from a recognised board of education.

  • The minimum aggregate score in the qualifying examination must be 45% for the general candidate.

  • SC/ST candidates are offered a 5% relaxation in the aggregate score. They can apply with a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying exam.

  • Applicants must be either equal to or less than 20 years of age.

  • SC/ST candidates can fill out the application form until the age of 22 years.

For 3 Years LL. B:

  • The candidate must have passed the bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in any of the faculties or an equivalent examination.

  • The minimum aggregate score secured must be 45% for the general category and 45% for students belonging to SC/ST category.

  • The upper age limit to apply is 30 years for General candidates.

  • SC/ST candidates are offered relaxation in the upper age limit. They can apply until 35 years of age.

BVP CET Law Application Process 2023

The application process of BVP CET Law 2023 is conducted online. Check out the step-by-step procedure to make the application process of BVP CET Law 2023 easy.

  • Candidates must visit the official website of the BVDU.
  • Click on “Apply Online for Admissions”.

  • Select the desired course and select the link that says “Click here to Apply”.

  • An entire timetable for CET will be displayed on the screen.

  • Again select the course and click on “Apply/Register”.

  • Tick on “I agree” and press “Continue”.

  • Fill the basic registration form of BVDU including details such as programme name, candidate name, e-mail, and contact number.

  • Click on the submit button.

  • After the registration is over, log in with the provided username and password.

  • Fill the academic and personal credentials.

  • Upload photo, signature, required documents etc.

  • Make a payment through credit card/debit card or net banking.

  • After the successful remittance of the fee, take a printout of the confirmation page.

Note: Mention valid email address and mobile number as all further communication wiLL. Be done via them.

Important Guidelines for BVP CET Law Application Process 2023

The documents required to participate in the application process for BVP CET Law are as follows.

  • Scanned image of the candidate in JPG, JPEG or PNG format. The size must be between 20Kb to 50Kb and the photo must be clearly visible on the adjacent box.

  • Scanned image of the signature in JPG, JPEG or PNG format. The size must be between 10Kb to 30Kb.

  • Keep a computer-generated confirmation page of the online application and payment receipt for future reference.

  • The application fee of Rs. 1,200/- needs to be submitted for participating in the registration process of BVP CET Law.

BVP CET Law Exam Pattern 2023

The exam comprises 4 sections with each section carrying 25 questions. The exam is conducted in an offline mode for 2 hours and no negative marking is done for incorrect attempts. A sketch of the exam pattern of BVP CET Law has been given below.

BVP CET Law Admit Card 2023

The admit card of BVP CET Law is downloaded from the official website of the university. It is released for only those candidates who have successfully registered for the entrance exam. The details mentioned on the admit card are the name of the candidate, allotted exam centre, roll number, signature, photograph, application number, exam guidelines etc.

A printed copy of the BVP CET Law admit card along with a valid photo ID must be carried as without them no aspirant would be allowed to enter the exam centre.

BVP CET Law Result 2023

The result of BVP CET Law is released a few weeks after the exam is conducted. As per the official notification by the Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University the results for BVP CET Law 2023 (BBA LL.B, BA LL.B, 3-year LL.B) will be declared on July 18, 2023. Students can access it via online mode. They have to visit the official website and enter their personal credentials. The BVP CET Law result will possess the candidate's name, roll number, section-wise marks etc.

BVP CET Law Counselling Process 2023

The counselling process of BVP CET Law 2023 is usually held through an offline mode and will be conducted on July 6, July 5th, and July 4th for BBA LL.B, BA LL.B, and 3-year LL.B respectively. The process will begin after the declaration of the result. Applicants must be present on the appointed day and time at the exam centre with the required documents. The documents required for the successful completion of the counselling process are migration certificate, transfer certificate/ leaving certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), marks sheet, and 4 latest passport-size photographs.
