In the engineering branch, a total number of 1,32,309 seats are available for students seeking KCET admissions.
For students to stand eligible for KCET Counselling, they must be a citizen of India and must hold a domicile certificate from Karnataka. In addition to that, they must have passed the KCET Examination with at least 50-60% marks.
In order to stand eligible for the rural quota in the KCET Exam, you are required to submit a Non Creamy Layer certificate (NCLC) which should have been issued from the concerned tehsildar and in addition to that, do submit your rural study certificate.
To access the KCET Cutoffs, you are required to visit the official website of the Karnataka Examination Authority. The opening as well as the closing ranks for the KCET Exam will be updated on the same site.
The passing marks for the KCET Exam for the General category candidates is 50% marks, whereas for candidates belonging to the reserved categories must score at least 40% of the total marks to pass the KCET Exam.
