Indira Gandhi Agricultural University (IGAU) M.Tech, M.Sc and MBA Admission Process

Admission for M.Tech, M.Sc and MBA courses at Indira Gandhi Agricultural University (IGAU) is done on the basis of PG CET. The test is conducted by Indira Gandhi Agricultural University (IGAU) for admission in various courses at the University. It is mandatory for the students to appear for the PG- CET examination to get admission in post-graduate studies at the university. The merit list will be uploaded on the official website of the university after the evaluation of CET. Candidates whose names are in the merit list must fill the online counselling form of the university.

Once the admission at the university is confirmed, candidates must produce all the original certificates at the admission office for verification and admission confirmation. Once the document verification is done, candidates must pay the fees for the final decision. Those who fail to produce the documents or pay the fees on time will be disqualified for admission.

  • It is mandatory for the candidates to take the Common Entrance Test(CET) for admission in PG courses at the IGAU. The test is conducted in the month of May.

  • Total marks of CET is 200 and it covers the syllabus of UG studies

  • Candidates applying for the master’s course must not be less than 20 years of age

  • Candidates belonging to Chhattisgarh can only apply under the reserved category (SC/ ST/ OBC)
