Further, all the aspirants of agricultural courses in India must appear for ICAR AIEEA (UG) , ICAR AIEEA (PG), ICAR AICE-JRF/SRF (PhD) or any equivalent entrance exam conducted by state agricultural universities.
Under the National Initiative on Ranking of Indian Institutions, ICAR launched the order of merit of agricultural colleges with the overarching goal of encouraging them to raise their benchmarks for excellence and increase their exposure so they can be included in international rankings.
