To submit the NEET 2024 Application Form, candidates need to register by entering personal and academic details and uploading important documents. The last step before submitting the application form is to pay the NEET 2024 Registration Fee. 1. Candidates need to upload all the required documents, photographs, and thumb impressions and click on 'Submit' to move on to the next step of the application form.
