The Commissioner of Entrance Exams (CEE), under the Government of Kerala, administers the Kerala Law Entrance Exam (KLEE) annually. KLEE is conducted for the purpose of granting admission to 3-year LLB , 5-year LLB , and LLM programs. This examination sees the participation of over 15 private law colleges each year.
KLEE LLB 2023 was successfully conducted on August 06, 2023, for a 5-year LLB and August 13, 2023, for a 3-year LLB program, and the results of the 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB were released on August 24, 2023, and September 02, 2023, respectively. KLEE LLM 2023, on the other hand, will be held on September 16, 2023.
If you want to be admission into the private law colleges situated in and around Kerala on the basis of KLEE scores, you have to undergo the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) wherein you will be asked to register for your preferred course and college.

As per the KLEE 2019 notification released by the CEE, there are only four private self-financing colleges that hold admission to LLM on the basis of KLEE LLM scores. The specializations offered at these institutes have also been included in the table.

KLEE Counselling or Centralised Allotment Process 2023
KLEE Counselling or Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) will be conducted by CEE, Kerala in online mode to allot seats in private colleges accepting KLEE 2023 scores.
KLEE CAP is a single-window system of allotment that is entirely based on the KLEE rank list for the concerned law programs.
Candidates are required to register options only to those colleges and courses (in case of 5-year LLB) which they are certain to join on allotment.
The facility for registering options will be open only during the specified period, as announced by CEE.
Any candidate should have the KLEE ‘Application number’ and ‘password’ in order to register his/her options.
Candidates who have valid options and still wish to participate in KLEE’s second seat allotment round have to log in to their registration page and confirm their options by clicking the ‘Confirm’ button.
After saving the selected options, a printout of the final list of selected courses and colleges may be taken for future reference.
The process of KLEE CAP ‘Option Registration’ is complete only when the candidate logs off.
