Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University (CCS HAU) will hold the CCSHAU Entrance Exam for students who want to join its undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs. CCSHAU Haryana BSc Agriculture Entrance Exam 2025

The CCSHAU Haryana BSc Agriculture admission 2025 course provided by the CCSHAU will be done on the basis of an entrance exam which will be conducted by the University itself. The candidates need to qualify for the entrance exam, Agriculture Aptitude Test (AAT), for admission to the course.

The CCSHAU admission 2025 exam for BSc Hons. Agriculture 4-year program and BSc Hons. Agribusiness management program will be of 3 hours and  30 minutes. 30 minutes are for completing the pre-exam formalities and 3 hours for solving the question paper. The medium of the test is English and there’s no negative marking.

For BSc Hons. Agriculture 4 Year Program-

For BSc Hons. Agriculture 2+4 Year program, the duration is 2.30 hours (30 minutes for pre-exam formalities and 2 hours for solving the paper). The medium of the test is English/ Hindi and there’s no negative marking.

For BSc Hons. Agriculture 2 + 4 Year Program-

The minimum qualifying marks for the test is 50% in aggregate and 47/5% for SC and PwD candidates. The merit list will only be prepared for the candidates who qualify for the entrance test.

The CCSHAU Haryana BSc Agriculture admission 2025 will go through the following processes:

1. The merit list will be released after the entrance exam which will consist of the list of candidates who have qualified and are eligible for the seat allotment process.

2. Candidates are required to fill their choice of college for the BSc Agriculture course priority-wise at their login created at the time of submission of admission form. Once the choice is locked it will not be changed.

3. The candidates will further have to upload the required documents for verification.

4. The candidates will have to pay a counseling fee of INR 500/- and take out the confirmation fee after fee payment.

5. The CCSHAU admission 2025 seat allotment result will be displayed on the official website. The candidates will have to download the provisional seat allotment letter and report to the allotted venue physically as per schedule for getting their documents verified, deposit the fee, and register for courses online.

6. If the candidate does not report at the scheduled date and time, he/she will be rejected from the subsequent cutoff list.

7. After the verification of the original documents candidate shall have to pay fees through online mode at the time of reporting.

8. If the candidate fails to upload the required document for admission he/she will not be allotted a seat for admission. Such candidates will only be considered in the next cut-off list after uploading/updating the required documents.

9. The vacant seats after the seat allotment will be filled on the basis of merit obtained in the qualifying exams (direct admission).

10. Candidates who wish to withdraw from the admission will have to submit a request to the Registrar for a refund of the fee by the last date. After withdrawal, the seat shall be cancelled and shall be allotted to the next eligible candidate. The entire fee that has been submitted by the student shall be refunded after a deduction of the processing fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only).
