CCSHAU Entrance Exam 2025 for BSc Agriculture

The Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University course admissions for BSc Agri will be done based on an entrance exam which will be conducted by the university itself. Students need to qualify for the CCSHAU entrance exam, the Agriculture Aptitude Test (AAT), for admission to the course.

The CCSHAU admission 2025 exam for BSc Hons. Agriculture four-year program and BSc Hons. The agribusiness management program will be of 3 hours and  30 minutes. Nearly 30 minutes are for completing the pre-exam formalities and 3 hours for solving the question paper. The medium of the test is English and there’s no negative marking.

The following is a detailed discussion about the Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University course admissions:

Step 1: The merit list will be released after the entrance exam which will consist of the list of candidates who have qualified and are eligible for the seat allotment process.

Step 2: Students are required to fill in their choice of college for the BSc Agriculture course priority-wise at their login created at the time of submission of the admission form. Once the choice is locked it will not be changed.

Step 3: They will further have to upload the required documents for verification.

Step 4: Candidates should pay a counselling fee of INR 500 and take out the confirmation fee after fee payment.

Step 5: The CCSHAU admission 2025 seat allotment result will be displayed on the official website. Students will have to download the provisional seat allotment letter and report to the allotted venue physically as per schedule to get their documents verified, deposit the fee, and register for courses online.

Step 6: If the candidate does not report at the scheduled date and time, their application will be rejected from the subsequent cutoff list.

Step 7: After the verification of the original documents, the applicant shall have to pay fees through online mode at the time of reporting.

Step 8: If a student fails to upload the required document for admission, then they will not be allotted a seat for admission. Such pupils will only be considered in the next cut-off list after uploading/updating the required documents.

Step 9: The vacant seats after the seat allotment will be filled based on merit obtained in the qualifying exams (direct admission).

Step 10: Students who wish to withdraw from the admission will have to submit a request to the Registrar for a refund of the fee by the last date. After withdrawal, the seat shall be cancelled and be allotted to the next eligible candidate. The entire fee that has been submitted by the student shall be refunded after a deduction of the processing fee of INR 1,000.
