Students who will pass the KEAM 2025 exam are eligible to appear in the KEAM 2025 counselling. KEAM counselling process is conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Exam (CEE), Kerala every year to allocate seats to candidates aspiring for admission into various UG courses offered in the field of  Engineering, Architecture, B.Pharm, MBBS, BDS, Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha, Unani, Agriculture, Forestry, Veterinary and Fisheries in various government, government-aided and private colleges in Kerala.

List of Documents Needed to be Submitted in KEAM 2025 Counselling

The candidates have to submit the following documents during the KEAM 2025 counselling process.  The list of documents is as follows -

• KEAM admit card 2025
• Date of Birth proof
• Allotment memo issued by CEE.
• Fee Receipt issued by the bank.
• 10+2th Standard Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate.
• Transfer Certificate from last attended institute.
• Migration Certificate (if applicable)
• KEAM result 2025
• Physical Fitness Certificate.
• Conduct Certificate from last attended institutes.
• Eligibility Certificate ( by applicants who have passed a qualifying examination other than one conducted by CEE).

KEAM Counseling 2025

The KEAM 2025 counselling has commenced in online mode. Candidates who passed the KEAM exam are eligible to participate in the counselling procedure. CEE conducts the KEAM counselling process in online mode. Candidates who receive seats through KEAM 2025 counselling and seat allocation should pay the required fee and report to the allocated college for document verification as part of the admission procedure.

KEAM Counselling 2025 Registration and Option Entry

KEAM 2025 counselling registration and option entry can be done by visiting the official website cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates must register their options in a single stream or several streams (depending on their eligibility) at the 'Option Registration Page', which is available via the KEAM 2025 candidate site. Candidates must indicate their preferences for courses and colleges in order of priority.

Trial Allotments for KEAM Counselling in 2025

KEAM 2025 trial allotments inform candidates about their chances of getting the college and course of their choice in CAP. CEE conducts a trial allocation before the deadline for registering options during the first round of allotment to provide candidates an indication of their possibilities of being assigned to a course and institution based on their options and rank. The trial allotment does not guarantee the candidate a place in a college or programme.

KEAM 2025 Seat Allotment

After the registration period, KEAM counselling seat allotment for all courses is announced on the CEE website, cee.kerala.gov.in. The KEAM 2025 seat allotment is done in various rounds. The authorities announce the first provisional seat allotment followed by the final seat allotment round-wise. Final Admission

Once lost, options will no longer be available in succeeding phases. At the time of admission, applicants must pay the entrance fee set by the university in question.

• At the time of option registration, candidates are advised to submit options for the courses and colleges they will undoubtedly join if accepted.
• Candidates whose KEAM 2025 results have been withheld from the relevant rank lists for a variety of reasons can also register for KEAM counselling 2025 to fill out online alternatives for allotment.
• However, unless they upload the necessary documents to resolve the problems and upload their ranks before the deadline, such applicants' options won't be taken into consideration for allotment.
