SLAT Exam 2024: Demo Test, Dates & Exam Day Checklist

SLAT 2024 is set to take place over two days in May 2024. The slot booking procedure will kick off immediately after the release of SLAT 2024 results. Symbiosis International University (SIU) will initiate the booking window, allowing candidates to choose their preferred slot from the available dates. How to Book Slots of SLAT 2024?

To participate in the slot booking process of SLAT 2024, the steps enlisted below need to be followed.

• Visit the official website of the Symbiosis Entrance Test or SET or click here .
• On the home page, click on the blinking option that reads “Slot Booking for SLAT/ SET B”.
• A new window will open displaying the test slot details. Go through the dates carefully.
• Once done, click to proceed with the slot booking.
• Enter the correct SET ID and Password.
• Select Login.
• Select the desired date and time.
• Save the data and submit it.

Detailed Exam Schedule of SLAT 2024

While participating in the SLAT slot booking, students need to keep in mind the combination of the demo test and the actual test as they cannot be interchanged or updated. SLAT 2024 Exam Day Checklist

Nerves and stress on the big day often tend to rock the boat of the candidate. Read through the SLAT exam day checklist captured below to stay informed about the important guidelines revolving around before, during, and after taking the exam.

Before the Exam:

Pointers to be kept in mind before the commencement of SLAT 2024 are as follows:

• The admit card of SLAT 2024 must be in a coloured printout only. The black and white copy of the admit card will not be accepted.

• If an applicant has applied for the evening as well as morning sessions, he/she will have to produce separate admit cards for both sessions.

• In case there is an error in the admit card of SLAT 2024, the same must be immediately brought to the notice of the exam authorities.

• The location from where the test is to be taken must be checked thoroughly. Candidates must be aware of the location of their SLAT exam centre.

During the Exam:

The measures to be followed during the exam are as follows:

• The applicant must have a hard copy of the SLAT admit card during the exam day and nothing should be written on it.

• Along with the admit card the applicant must keep any of the following- Passport, Voter ID Card, Driving License, UID Aadhaar Card or PAN Card.

• The candidate must reach the exam centre at least 15 minutes before the reporting time.

• The aspirant must keep a track of the online timer.

• The candidate must be wearing a mask and he/ she should be able to pass the temperature check at the gate.

• The face of the candidate must not be covered while reporting for the exam at the centre.

• In case of any difficulty, help can be taken from the examiners present. A proctor will reach out to you.

After the Exam:

Once the exam is completed, the following points must be kept in mind:

• The aspirant has to manually click on the “Submit” button after completion of the exam to save all the responses.

• Candidates have to exit the window of AI-Enabled test only after it reflects the message "Exam is Over". To exit the “Exit Assessment” option needs to be selected.

• If the system takes more than 5 minutes to close the browser, the applicant must click on Right Shift + Esc buttons.

• Aspirants must not end the exam in the middle, as the university would not consider it as an attempt. Marks would not be awarded to such applicants.
