Symbiosis Fashion Designing: General Fee Rules

Check out the general fee rules as stated by Symbiosis Institute of Design, Pune for the academic session of 2024-2028:

• The above-mentioned fee is the annual fee and is generally payable in two installments as stated above in the table.
• The fee would be accepted by NEFT/ RTGS or by demand draft payable at Pune only and will have to be deposited by the candidate in the bank designated by Symbiosis Institute of Design through a challan.
• The students are required to pay the fees on or before the stipulated date. Late payment of fees by students (except at the time of admission) is allowed only in genuine cases. In such cases, the parent has to submit a written request to the Director and on approval has to pay the fees with a fine of Rs. 500/- per week within the approved period.

Note: SID fees could increase by, up to 10% during the period of the programme. Fees would also be impacted by any introduction/change in Government taxes as and when applicable.

SID BDes Eligibility Criteria

• Students must have passed Class 12th with an aggregate of 50% marks at the 10+2 level from any stream or its equivalent.
• Students belonging to SC/ST categories shall be eligible for BDes admissions with 45% marks in Class 12th from any stream or its equivalent.

SID MDes Eligibility Criteria

• Students must have passed a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Design (BDes) from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks or its equivalent.
• Students belonging to SC/ST categories shall be eligible for Symbiosis Pune MDes admissions if they have passed a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Design (BDes) from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks or its equivalent.
