This year, the UPCATET 2025 exam was conducted by Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur, on June 11, 2025, from 9 AM to 12 Noon. To be eligible for admission to Uttar Pradesh agricultural colleges, students are required to sit for the UPCATET Examination which will help them to enroll in the BSc Agriculture course at their desired college. The eligibility criteria for UPCATET 2025 required for admission to the BSc in Agriculture course at one of the four colleges under UPCATET is given as follows:

• Students are required to have passed Class 12th with an aggregate score of 60% marks with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Agricultural Science (PCB) / Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology (PCMB) subjects to meet the eligibility criteria for Uttar Pradesh BSc in Agriculture course.
• Students must be more than 16 years of age and less than 22 years at the time of admission.

To apply for admission to the BSc in Agriculture course through the official website of the conducting authority, follow the steps given below:

• Visit the official website of UPCATET at upcatet.org or svpuat.edu.in.
• Click on New Registration and fill in the required information.
• Fill up the relevant information such as your mail ID, educational qualification, age, contact number, etc, and upload the required documents.
• Click on the Submit button and pay the application form fee to confirm your registration.
• Now, you will be provided with your login credentials that you can use to access your admit card once it is released on the official website.

UPCATET Counselling Process for BSc Agriculture Admission

The UPCATET 2025 Counselling Process is conducted in multiple stages. Here are the steps that a student needs to follow to complete the registration process for the counselling process of the UPCATET Exam:

• Visit the official website of UPCATET at upcatet.org or svpuat.edu.in and click on the direct link available on the homepage for counselling.
• Pay a counselling fee of INR 500 for each counselling round you wish to sit for. The UPCATET counselling fee is non-refundable.
• Fill out the choice filling form wherein you will be required to choose your desired course and college as per your order of preference.
• After filling in the choices, click on Print Review and save a copy of this for future reference.
• Once the seat allocation has been done by the conducting authorities, upload the required documents to confirm your seat.
• Once your documents have been verified by the concerned authorities, you will be required to visit the allocated college with your UPCATET seat allotment letter to accept admission.
