The last date for OJEE 2025 registration has been extended to March 25, 2025, by the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Committee. The exam authority released the online OJEE application form on January 30, 2025. If you are willing to appear for the OJEE 2025 exam, you can apply online for the OJEE BTech/ MTech exam 2025 at admissions.nic.in. In case you make any mistakes while filling out the form, there will be a correction window where they can edit certain details after submitting the form, OJEE 2025 exam authority announced the OJEE 2025 form correction dates to be from March 26 to March 28, 2025. Steps to Register for OJEE 2025 Exam

Before starting with the OJEE application form 2025 you must register yourself at the official website. Given below are the steps that can be followed by students to register for OJEE 2025 in online mode. 

  1. Go to the official website of OJEE at ojee.nic.in.
  2. Click on the "Student Registration for OJEE 2025"
  3. A new page with the different Application Forms will open
  4. Students must click on the course link for which they want to give the OJEE 2025
  5. A new page with the New Applicant Registration will open, where the students need to click on the Apply section
  6. This click will lead the students to a new page, where the students will have to tick the asked box after the instructions and click on the โ€˜Proceedโ€™ tab
  7. This click will open the Registration Form that the students will have to fill in with the asked credentials
  8. Once all the details are entered and cross-checked, students should click on the โ€˜Submitโ€™ button
  9. This will complete the Registration Proces,s after which the Application form will be generated for the students

OJEE 2025 Application Form Process

The OJEE 2025 Application Form will be available online, and no offline options will be provided. You can begin filling out the registration forms in the fourth week of January 2025. During the application process, students must provide their personal, educational, and communication details, and upload a scanned image of their photograph and signature in the required format. After submitting the application form, a correction facility will be available for making necessary changes. The deadline for submitting the OJEE 2025 Application Form will be 20 March 2025. You are advised to keep a printed copy of the confirmation page for future reference. Here are the steps to fill out the application form:

  1. Registration Process: To begin, students must visit the official OJEE website and fill out the registration form. Upon completion, an ID and password will be sent to their email, allowing them to proceed with the application. If the student has already registered, they can simply log in with their application number, password, and security pin.

  2. Application Form: After registering, students must select the correct application form based on the course they are applying for. They will need to enter their academic qualifications, preferred course, and exam center details.

  3. Choice Filling: Students should select their preferred courses and colleges from the available list, prioritizing them in order of preference. Itโ€™s important to save these choices as they affect seat allocation.

  4. Locking Process: Once the choices are filled and reviewed, students must lock their preferences. After locking, no changes can be made. A confirmation message will be sent to the student's registered contact details.

  5. Uploading Documents: Students must upload scanned images of their documents in the specified formats (JPG). The photograph must be between 4KB to 100KB, the thumb impression between 1KB to 30KB, and the signature between 1KB to 30 KB. All documents should be uploaded at once, as partial uploads are not allowed.

  6. Payment: The next step is to make the required payment. Students can pay through a Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or an offline e-challan form. The application fee is INR 1000 for Forms A, B, C, D, F, and INR 1500 for Form E.

  7. Confirmation Page: After completing all the steps and submitting the application, a confirmation page will be generated. Students should download and print this page, as it serves as proof of successful application submission. The confirmation page can be re-downloaded if needed.

How to Apply for Special OJEE /2nd OJEE 2025

Special OJEE is usually held to fill vacant seats in engineering, medical, or other professional courses in colleges and universities in Odisha. The application forms for OJEE and Special OJEE are different. The Special OJEE application forms are typically released after the OJEE exam results are announced. Students who couldnโ€™t take the OJEE exam but still want admission through the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination can apply for the Special OJEE.

How to Apply

  1. Go to the official OJEE website.

  2. Click on the link for 'Registration for 2nd/Special OJEE Examination'.

  3. Enter details like your name, email ID, mobile number, etc., and create a password.

  4. Submit your details and receive an application ID after confirmation.

  5. Log in using your application number and password to fill out the application form.

  6. Pay the application fee of INR 1,000 online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking. If applying for more than one course, an additional fee of INR 500 per course is required. Wait for the payment status to update.

  7. After confirmation, submit the application form and print a copy for future referance.

Who Can Apply for Special OJEE

Students from states other than Odisha are not eligible for admission to government colleges but can apply to private colleges. Students who have a rank or have appeared in JEE Main 2025 or OJEE 2025 do not need to take the Special OJEE exam.
