  • Go to the official website of OJEE at ojee.nic.in.
  • Click on the Candidate Registration for OJEE 2025
  • A new page with the different Application Form will open
  • Candidates must click on the course link for which they want to give the OJEE 2025
  • A new page with the New Candidate Registration will open where the candidates need to click on the Apply section
  • This click will lead the candidates to a new page, where the candidates will have to tick the asked box after the instructions and click on the ‘Proceed’ tab
  • This click will open the Registration Form that the candidates will have to fill in with the asked credentials
  • Once all the details are entered and cross-checked, candidates should click on the ‘Submit’ button
  • This will complete the Registration Process after which the Application form will be generated for the candidates

The process to fill out the Application Form of OJEE 2025 has been explained below. Candidates are advised to check as well as follow the steps in order to fill out the OJEE Application Form 2025 correctly.

OJEE 2025 Registration Process:

  • Candidates must visit the OJEE official website and fill the registration form. After the completion of the registration process, an ID and Password will be generated that will be sent to the email address provided by the candidates. This will lead candidates through the Application Form of OJEE 2025.
  • The registration process simply comprises personal details, contact details, and the creation of a password and security pin. With these details, the concerned authority will deliver the necessary details and information related to the examination to the candidates.
  • However, if the candidates have already registered for the examination, then they just need to add their Application Number, Password, and Security Pin and click on the ‘Sign In’ option to generate the Application Form.

It is important for candidates to know that they can apply only to one program at a time. Candidates must fill out the correct entrance form for the course they want to apply. Applicants are also recommended to cross-check the information well before clicking on the submit button.

2. Choice Filling

Candidates can choose their preferred courses and colleges from the available list. They can select multiple choices as per their preference. Ensure to save the choices in the order of preference. It’s essential to prioritize the choices correctly, as this will affect the allotment.

3. Mock Result

A mock result or seat allotment result is usually released before the actual seat allotment. This helps candidates understand their probable position and make adjustments to their choices if needed. Candidates can view their mock allotment results on the OJEE counseling portal by logging in with their credentials. Based on the mock result, candidates can modify their choices to improve their chances of getting a preferred seat.

4. Locking Process

After filling in the choices and reviewing the mock allotment results, candidates need to finalize their choices. Candidates must lock their choices within the specified period. Once locked, changes cannot be made. After locking, a confirmation message is usually sent to the candidate’s registered email or phone number.

5. Uploading Scanned Image:

The uploading of the documents is a mandatory step for the applicants for OJEE 2020. It is also important for the candidates to follow the format in which the documents are uploaded. Keeping soft copies of the required documents before starting the application process is recommended for the candidates. This will save the time the candidates and the document uploading process will become quick and easy. It is important for candidates to note that all the documents must be uploaded in one go as uploading documents in partial stages is not allowed. Given below are the details related to the format of documents in which they are to be uploaded.

  • The documents must be in JPG format.

  • The size of the Photographs must be between 4KB to 100KB (3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).

  • The size of the Thumb Impression must be between 1KB to 30KB (3.5 cm X 1.5 cm).

  • Signature of the candidates must be between 1KB to 30KB (3.5 cm X 1.5 cm).

6. Making the Payment:

The next stage in the application process is to make the requisite payment through the modes specified. Candidates must select a valid option to complete the payment. These options will include paying through Debit Card or Credit Card or Net Banking. Once the candidates select any one among these options, they will be re-directed to the section where the banking details are to be filled.

It is very important for the candidates to fill in the details in the correct format so that important details are not missed out and the payment completes successfully. After the successful payment, candidates will be directed to the next step of the selection process. Details regarding the requisite amounts have been given below:

  • Cost of application for FORM A, B, C, D, F (Single) - INR 1000/

  • Cost of Application for FORM E - INR 1500/-

There is also a provision of offline payment through the E-Challan form for the candidates. The candidates can download the e-challan and with the requisite amount go to the nearest State Bank of India. There will be two copies of the e-challan:- (1) Bank Copy, (2) Candidate copy - printed on a single page. After depositing the fee in the bank by using E-challan, applicants have to log in again to take a printout of the confirmation page.

7. Downloading the Confirmation Page:

Once all the procedures are completed and submitted in the correct format and steps, a confirmation page will be generated. Candidates can then download the page and take a printout of it. This is a page that will serve as proof of completing the Application Process successfully. The candidates must carry this confirmation page with them at other stages before and after the examination. Since it is an important page that every successful applicant must carry with them, the exam conducting authority has given the provision to re-download the page and re-print it in case of any issue reported.

OJEE 2025 Application Form Correction

The OJEE (Odisha Joint Entrance Examination) application form correction window is a type of facility provided by the OJEE Committee for candidates who need to make corrections or modifications to their submitted application forms. Through the OJEE application form correction facility, candidates could make changes to their application form and correct errors. Activities including submission of application form data, uploading the required images, and making the requisite payment, could be done during the form correction period. Candidates must remember that the changes made during the form correction duration will be considered final from the candidates’ end. No changes will further be entertained in the application form of OJEE 2025. Applicants were also advised to check the steps of adding information, uploading images, and making the payment of the application fee. Only candidates whose application forms are filled correctly and accepted by the authorities will be issued the OJEE admit card 2025. 

OJEE Application Form 2025- Important Points to Remember

  • Applicants can apply for OJEE 2025 only online
  • The final confirmation page of the OJEE 2025 Application Form can be printed after 2 working days of payment

  • Applicants should provide all the authentic details while filling up the online form

  • Applicants must fill the particulars online and also upload his/her Photograph, full Signature, and Left thumb impression

  • Applicants are advised not to send the hard copy of the application i.e. Confirmation Page to OJEE office. However, applicants are advised to retain the hard copy of the application i.e. Confirmation Page along with proof of money transfer for future reference or correspondence, if any

  • Applicants must quote the Registration number / Application number generated after submission of all his/her required personal data as a reference in all his/her future correspondence with OJEE 2025

  • The application must be completed in all respect. Incomplete or unsuccessful submission of the application will lead to outright rejection of the form. A completed application will include:

    • Registration

    • Uploading images and

    • Pay the fee

  • Options such as Category, Choice of place of exam centre, and Reservation and Sub-reservation type once given by the applicant in the application form cannot be changed under any circumstances

  • Applicants should give options only with respect to category S (State of Odisha), ZZ (Outside State of Odisha), NRI (Non-Resident Indian) and Reservation (SC, ST), sub-reservation type (PC or PwD/ GC/ WO/ ES/ TFW) that he/she can substantiate with documentary evidence during document verification/ counselling. There is no provision for uploading any proof of these categories during online submission.

  • After submitting the application fee, take printouts of the confirmation letter, fee receipt, and the completed OJEE application form. If the confirmation form is not received, promptly contact the exam authorities.
  • Avoid using smartphones or tablets for filling out the OJEE registration form. Instead, use a desktop or laptop for completing and submitting the application.
  • Registered candidates who have paid the full application fee will have the opportunity to correct certain fields in the OJEE application form, including:
    • Date of Birth
    • Gender
    • Category
    • Sub-category
    • Course
    • Examination cities
    • Educational qualifications
    • Fee payment (if applicable due to course changes)
    • Photograph
    • Signatures

How to Apply for Special OJEE /2nd OJEE 2025

Special OJEE is usually held to fill vacant seats in engineering, medical, or other professional courses in colleges and universities in Odisha. The application forms for OJEE and Special OJEE are different. The Special OJEE application forms are typically released after the OJEE exam results are announced. Candidates who couldn’t take the OJEE exam but still want admission through the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination can apply for the Special OJEE.

How to Apply

  1. Go to the official OJEE website.

  2. Click on the link for 'Registration for 2nd/Special OJEE Examination'.

  3. Enter details like your name, email ID, mobile number, etc., and create a password.

  4. Submit your details and receive an application ID after confirmation.

  5. Log in using your application number and password to fill out the application form.

  6. Pay the application fee of INR 1,000 online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking. If applying for more than one course, an additional fee of INR 500 per course is required. Wait for the payment status to update.

  7. After confirmation, submit the application form and print a copy for future referance.

Who Can Apply for Special OJEE

Candidates from states other than Odisha are not eligible for admission to government colleges but can apply to private colleges. Students who have a rank or have appeared in JEE Main 2025 or OJEE 2025 do not need to take the Special OJEE exam.

OJEE 2025 Test Cities

When selecting OJEE 2025 test cities, candidates should keep the following points in mind:

  • Once the application form is submitted, the chosen test centres cannot be changed.
  • Candidates can select up to three preferred test cities while filling out the OJEE application form.
  • The OJEE Cell reserves the right to change or adjust the exam centres based on the number of candidates appearing for the exam.
