NEET Application Form 2025  is expected to be released in the second week of February 2025 tentatively. Candidates will require their email ID or phone number as registration ID, password along with captcha code as registration credentials. How to Fill out NEET Application Form 2025?

NEET 2025 registrations will be held online on the official webpage of NTA. NTA will release NEET 2025 notifications in December 2025 or January 2025 on its official webpage tentatively. Candidates can follow the steps stated below for hassle-free NEET 2025 registrations. 

  • Visit the NEET 2025 official website i.e neet.ntaonline.in or exams.nta.ac.in/NEET

  • Navigate to the NEET 2025 Registration tab in the latest news section on the webpage.

  • Skim through the instructions and tick the checkbox at the bottom end of the page.

  • Enter the required compulsory details such as personal, and contact details, and generate a password for login.

  • Complete the verification process by inputting an OTP. Students will receive the OTP on their mobile number and email address

  • The NEET registration credentials such as application number and password will be sent to candidates' email id.

  • On the webpage, login with the NEET 2025 registration credentials and fill out the application form.

  • Fill in the mandatory details in each section such as personal, educational, medium of question paper, exam city preference, documents upload and so on.

  • On the web portal students must pay the application fee online mode with a Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking or UPI.

To complete the NEET application process for 2025, candidates must follow the eligibility criteria established by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The key eligibility criteria for the NTA NEET 2024 application are as follows:

  1. Eligibility for Various Categories: Indian citizens, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO), and Foreign Nationals are all eligible to register for NEET 2024.

  8. AIQ Quota for J&K: Students from Jammu & Kashmir, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh are eligible for the All India 15% quota.

  1. Uploading Scanned Images and Documents

Once all the details in the NEET application form 2025 are filled, students need to upload scanned copies of the signature and photograph as specified. Applicants have to click on 'upload documents'. Here are the documents that need to be uploaded.

Passport photo: Aspirants must click a passport-size photo with a white background comprising the name of the students and the date of the photograph below the image. The size of the file has to range between 10kb to 200kb in JPEG format.

Signature: Students must use a black ink pen and jot down their signature on a white paper. The file needs to be scanned and its size must be between 4kb to 30kb in JPG format.

Postcard size photograph: Students are required to upload a postcard-size photograph in the designated JPG format with a size ranging between 10kb to 200kb.

Left-hand thumb impression: Aspirants should upload a digital image of the left-hand thumb impression imprinted on white paper with blue ink. It should be in JPG format and the size must be between 10kb to 200kb.

  1. NEET 2025 Application Fee Payment

As soon as the uploading of documents is done based on specifications, the option to pay the NEET application form 2025 fee will pop up on the screen. Click on 'pay examination fee'. It has to be paid in online mode only. NEET 2025 registration form fee is different for general, EWS, and OBC/ST/SC categories.

To pay the NEET UG application form fee, students have to select the mode of payment and the designated payment provider. 

Online payment mode: Aspirants have to pay the NEET application form fee 2025 through Debit/Net banking/Credit or Unified Payment Interface (UPI) with the help of Syndicate Bank/ State Bank of India/ ICICI Bank/ Paytm service provider/ HDFC Bank.   • Visit the Official Website of Online Photo Editor: Check out certain websites like iloveMG or image resizer. Editing images in online mode is comparatively easier than using MS Paint.

  • Upload Image on the Image Resizing Website: The display page of the online photo editing websites will have a button named Upload Image or Select Image or Upload documents. Click on that button to upload the file for further process of resizing.

  • Select Image from File Manager: After clicking on the button described above, candidates will have to choose the image from the file manager of their phones or laptops. Candidates can rename the images by their actual content like 'Pass port size photo' or 'signature'. By following this, it will be easier for candidates to select the image without wasting any time. 

  • Choose New Size and Format: Candidates can choose the required size and format determined by the National Testing Agency (NTA). There will be an option through which applicants will be able to directly type the size required as per the NTA's guidelines.

In such cases, students have to re-register for the same and then try paying the amount. In case any access funds have been debited, the same will be refunded within a few days. Will I receive any receipt as proof of successful fee payment?

How to fill NEET application form 2025?

Complete the registration process, and generate your login credentials. Once your login credentials are generated, log into the admission portal and fill out all the required details. Yes, the authority allows the correction facility in the 4th week of February/March 2025. If I do not appear in the exam, will the application fee be refunded?

Is it necessary to upload scanned photographs with the candidate's name or photographs taking date?

What is the age limit to apply for NEET?
