How to Apply For JUET 2021

The JUET 2021 application form has to be filled in online mode only on the official website of the Jammu University. Applicants must note that no other mode of application is available to apply for the entrance exam. Before proceeding to fill up the application form for JUET 2021, applicants should have a soft copy of the following documents:

• Passport Size Photograph

• Signature

Applicants are also advised to ensure that they fulfil the eligibility norms as per the degree/diploma courses they are applying for.

Steps to Fill JUET Application Form 2021

Registration:

• Go to the official website of the University of Jammu i.e. www.jammuuniversity.in

• Click on the 'Jammu University Entrance Test' tab on the bottom left of the homepage.

• The page is directed to the official page of JUET.

• Enter a valid Email ID and Mobile Number.

• Then, create a Password for an application form and click on 'Continue' tab.

Filling of JUET Application Form:

• In this step, fill your personal details, contact details and documents to be uploaded such as Name of the applicant, Father’s Name, Residential Address, Gender, Category, Course, Contact details.

Upload Signature and Photograph:

• After filling the application form, you have to upload the necessary documents in support of your eligibility norms and qualifying status.

• You need to upload scanned copies of your recent Passport size Photograph as well as Signature.

• After that, click on the 'Submit' tab.

Payment of Fees:

You can pay the fee by the following methods:

• Once the JUET 2021 application form is submitted, the system generates a Challan pre-printed with your details.

• Click on 'Download challan' option to download a copy of Challan and you can pay at any of the designated branch of Jammu and Kashmir Bank.

• Challan can also be paid online. You can pay the JUET 2021 application fee through Net Banking with your credit card or debit card.

• In addition to above, Bank Charges will be deducted @ 30/, if a fee is deposited through Bank Challan.

• If a fee is deposited through Debit/Credit Card @ 20/- bank charges will be deducted.

• After successful payment of application fee, you must take a print-out of the application form for future reference.

1. After payment of application fee in J&K bank Branch, how should I verify the payment status?

You can log in into your account on the website of the exam and verify your payment status after 3-4 days of payment.

 2. What should I do if the Photograph or Signature is not getting uploaded? Can they be uploaded at some later stage?

You have to ensure that the size of Photograph and Signature are as per the given size and format (JPG or JPEG) It is mandatory to upload the Photograph at the time of registration only.

3.  How do I know that my application is accepted for JUET 2021?

Successful registration details are sent through an E-mail to your Email-ID and SMS on the mobile number you provide in the application form. Your application form is accepted after your fee payment is confirmed by the bank.
