BITSAT Application Form 2025

BITSAT Application Form 2025 is expected to be released in the month of January and May 2025 for phases 1 & 2 respectively. The application form will be released in an online mode on the official website of the authority. The candidates while filling out the application form of BITSAT 2025 must make sure that they are filling out all the correct details. Before the candidates proceed to submit the application form, they must go through the BITSAT Eligibility Criteria 2025. However, BITS Pilani will open the BITSAT application form 2025 correction window on its website a couple of days after the submission of the registration form.

The steps of submission of the BITSAT Application Form includes registration, filling out the details, uploading the documents, and then submitting the form. How to fill the BITSAT Application Form 2025?

The BITSAT 2025 Session 2 Application Form will soon be liive at bitsadmission.com. Candidates must follow the steps mentioned below to register and fill out the BITSAT Application Form 2025: 

Step 1: Online Registration

• Visit the official website of BITSAT 2025 and click on the 'BITSAT 2025 Registration' link
• A new window will pop up with a set of instructions, which candidates must read carefully before proceeding.
• Next, click on the link saying 'New Registration' on the page
• Open the application form for BITSAT and key in your personal details, including Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Nationality etc. 
• Provide a valid email ID and mobile number
• Enter the captcha code and click on the ‘Proceed’ button
• Once the registration is complete, a unique application number will be generated, which applicants must save and keep safe for future reference.

Step 2: Fill in the Application Form

• After the successful registration, candidates will have to log in using the same user credentials and fill in their personal and academic details along with their preferred program, marks obtained in the qualifying examination, etc.

• Candidates must also select up to 3 BITSAT exam centres of their preference from the drop-down options.
• After filling in all the details, applicants must click on the 'Confirm and Submit' tab. In case any corrections need to be made, they must click on the 'Edit Details' tab.

Step 3: Upload Documents

• In the next step, candidates are required to upload scanned images of their photographs and signatures. 
• To upload these documents, candidates must click on the 'Choose File' option. They must ensure that the photographs and signatures are uploaded in the specified size and format. 
• Select the scanned photograph and the signature images and click on the 'Next' button to preview the documents before the final uploading.

Step 4: Fee Payment

As the last step, the candidates need to pay the application fee for BITSAT. The application fee for different candidates has been specified in the below section. The BITSAT 2025 application fee can be paid either in Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card/Indian Bank challan mode. Foreign students can pay for the BITSAT application fee using International Credit Cards and Debit Cards.

Step 5: Printing the Application Form

After payment of the application fee, the registration process will be completed. The candidates must take a printout of the application form and the receipt for the application fee for future reference.

BITSAT Application Fees 2025 for Dubai Centre 

The BITSAT 2025 application fee for male and female applicants is Rs. 7000 if they select Dubai as their test location for only Session 1 or Session 2. However, the required fees would be Rs. 9000 if the candidate wants to show up for both sessions. A candidate who initially chooses to appear once (Session-I) at Dubai Center must pay an additional amount of Rs. 2000 in order to appear a second time (Session-II).
