• Enter your basic details like First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, Alternate Mobile Number, and Email ID, in this form.

Uploading Photograph and Signature

• A new page will open with the option to upload the images.
• These scanned images of your photograph and signature are to be uploaded one by one in the space given.
• The format and size of the image are a must to follow,or  else your images will not be accepted by the system.
• After successfully uploading the scanned copies, click on the ‘Next’ tab.

Important Pointers for Photograph and Signature

• The photograph of the candidate must be clear and visible.
• A blurred image or an extra bright image will not be accepted.
• The background of the image should be clear and simple. Photos with scenery or other such backgrounds are liable to be rejected.
• The Photograph must be a recent passport-size color image. Black and white images will not be accepted with the IBPS PO online application form.
• Candidates must look straight into the camera with a relaxed face without posing or making faces.
• The Signatures of the candidates must also be clear and visible.
• The Signature must be running handwriting and not in capital or block letters.

Selecting the Organisation

• In this step, you will be required to select the preferred organization for Pre Exam Training and final recruitment.

4. Using Security Question & its Answer you chose during Form filling: You will have to answer the security question as displayed on the screen.

IBPS PO Application Form 2025 - Mode of Payment

• Candidates should carefully fill in the details in the On-Line Application at the appropriate places and click on the “FINAL SUBMIT” button at the end of the application. Before filling the final submit button the candidates are advised to verify every field that has been filled up. The name of the guardian of the applicant must be spelt correctly to avoid discrepancy in the certificate. 
• The application form is processed through the payment gateway and the payment can be done using the Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, Cash Cards and mobile wallets.
