SBI Clerk 2025 Exam Pattern is determined by the State Bank of India (SBI). The exam pattern of SBI Clerk 2025 includes three stages: Prelims, Mains, and a Language Proficiency Test. The candidate gets 1 marks for each correct answer in the SBI Clerk prelims exam and there are also provisions for negative marking. The Language Proficiency Test (LPT) is conducted for candidates who will qualify for both SBI Clerk Prelims as well as the Mains exam. It is based on the local language you have chosen during SBI Clerk Application and registration. Candidates who qualify for the exam will have to show up on their 10th or 12th mark sheet to justify the fact that they have studied the specified opted local language and will not be subjected to any Language test. The language test is only mandatory for candidates who are unable to produce their class 10th or 12th mark sheets. Those who have the mark sheet and the required marks can skip the exam. Candidates who fail to qualify for the language test will not be offered an appointment and their candidature will be termed as null and void.
SBI Clerk 2025 pre-exam training is an important concept for the interest of minority community aspirants. SBI might arrange pre-examination training for SC/ST/XS/Religious Minority Community at different centers, a week before the schedule of the exam. The guidelines for the same will be decided by the Government of India. If the candidates belonging to the mentioned category are ready to apply for the training at their own cost, they may apply under the relevant column while applying online at the official website.
SBI might add or delete some of the centers prescribed for training, at its convenience. Candidates willing to appear for SBI Clerk pre-exam training will be able to download their call letters for the same on the official website by providing their registration number and password, which is their date of birth. The bank will not send the hard copy of the call letters to the eligible candidates by post.

SBI follows the normalization method for balancing the marks of the aspirants. This process is followed for adjusting the scores of the candidates. Since the exam will be conducted in multiple shifts (and since the difficulty level of the shifts will be different), hence, the SBI Clerk normalization method will be followed.
