For UPCATET 2025 important dates, candidates should regularly visit this page or stay current with the authority's official website. As per the authority’s official notification, UPCATET Special Offline Counselling 2024 was conducted in person at SVBP University Meeruth from November 11-14 (Over), 2024, for PCM, PCB, PAG, and PHS groups; whereas for all other masters-level groups, the counselling will be conducted from November 15-17, 2024 (Over), 9:00 AM onwards. The Special Offline Counselling for UPCATET 2024 will only be undertaken for qualifying candidates belonging to different categories from November 10-16, 2024 (between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM), except for the PDV group.To download the final official offline counselling schedule for UPCATET 2024, prospective students can click on the respective links provided below.
The online registration and fee payment/submission for the UPCATET 2024 Special Offline Counselling was conducted from November 5-8, 2024 (up to 5:00 PM), for all types of UG, PG, and PhD courses (Over). Also, the date of issue of the counselling letter was November 9, 2024 (Over). UPCATET Counselling Round 4 result was released on September 21, 2024 (Over), along with the official counselling schedule (offline) for all types of UG, PG, and PhD courses. According to a recent official announcement, the deadline for registering for Round 4 of the UPCATET 2024 counselling and submitting the required fee online was September 19, 2024 (until 5:00 PM), which is also over now. The application for Round UPCATET 2024 seat allotment began on September 15, 2024 (Over). The result of UPCATET 2024 Round 3 counselling was announced on September 7, 2024 (Over). The online registration for the same was held from August 29-31, 2024 (Over). Candidates who have registered for the counselling process and have filled the choices will be allocated seats.
The online registration and fee submission process for Round 2 of UPCATET UG counselling was concluded on August 11, 2024 (Over). Between August 10 to 12, 2024, candidates had to fill out and lock in their choices online. The counselling process of UPCATET 2024 commenced on July 21, 2024. The UPCATET counselling 2024 was initiated for the first round on July 21, 2024 (Over).
The UPCATET 2024 counselling schedule has been made available for UG, PG, and PhD courses. Candidates who have passed the UPCATET 2024 exam are eligible to participate in the UPCATET 2024 counselling process. Candidates are admitted to the respective UG, PG, and PhD courses through the UPCATET counselling 2024 based on their entrance exam merit, cutoff score, and seat availability. There will be three rounds of UPCATET 2024 counselling, in which qualified candidates can apply and get admitted.

Based on the official notification, candidates must report for offline counselling at the respective venue stated by the authorities i.e., Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Only those students who have successfully registered online will be allowed to participate in the offline counselling provided they carry their issued counselling letter to the stated reporting college.
