JEECUP Counselling 2025 Registration 

Candidates must register for JEECUP 2025 counselling and seat allotment, as well as pay the counselling fee before the deadline. Once a candidate has registered, he or she can lock in his or her preferences for a specific date.

Different Options Available in JEECUP Seat Allotment Process

The candidates will find two options during the JEECUP seat allotment process - Freeze and Float. In this section, we will try to define these terms in very simple words - 

• Freeze - Candidates satisfied with the allocation of seats and wish to go ahead with the subsequent admission process. Such candidates are not allowed to participate in the subsequent counselling and seat allotment rounds

• Float - Candidates not satisfied with the allocation of seats and wish to participate in the subsequent rounds of the seat allotment process. In this case, if the candidates are not allocated better seats in the subsequent round, they can take admission in their previously allocated seats whereas, if they are allocated better seats, their previously allocated seats get cancelled automatically
