MAH B.P.Ed CET 2025 Counselling: MAH BPEd 2025 counselling will begin a few weeks after the results are issued. Students who achieve the minimum qualifying marks or more will be qualified to participate in the counselling process, which will be carried across 4 rounds.

Only those who have completed the candidate registration and are on the merit list will be able to participate in the choice filling process. Only these candidates will be considered for seat allocation. After college allotment is declared, the selected ones have to report to the assigned college/ institute within the specified dates for document verification and admission fee payment

Candidates must bring with them all the original documents on the day of the college reporting or document verification. Applicants are advised to check the official website for more details. Following is the list of documents required -

MAH B.P.Ed CET 2025 Counselling: Centralised Admission Process (CAP Round I)

The major steps of the MAH B.P.Ed CET 2025 counselling process of CAP Round I include -

Candidate Registration and Document Submission

  • Aspirants who achieved the minimum qualifying marks in the MAH B.P.Ed CET can participate in the Centralised Admission Process by completing the registration for the 1st round.
  • The schedule of the counselling will be displayed on the official website. MS / OMS, NRI / OCI / PIO / FNS and CIWGC candidates must check out the deadline and complete the registration process well in advance.

E-Scrutiny of Documents

  • Along with the registration, they have to upload the asked documents such as mark sheets and certificates of their education qualifications, the Domicile Certificate, Birth Certificate, Category Certificate etc.
  • The admissions team will e-verify the documents and the filled-in application forms uploaded by the applicants.

Launch of Alphabetical Merit List

  • After the registration and the e-verification, the authorities issue the alphabetical merit list for MS / OMS / Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory migrant candidates.
  • Aspirants who are on the provisional list for round I can lodge their concerns through the candidate login. 

College Option Form Filling

  • During this event, candidates on the alphabetical list can exercise their college choices. 
  • The admission cell will consider these college selections while declaring the final merit list and the seat allotment results for rounds I and II.
  • After round II, aspirants must fill out fresh college choices for round III. If any admitted student, wants to join in the round III and institutional level round (round IV), then they will have to cancel their previous admission via college login.
  • Only then they will be qualified to participate in rounds III and IV.

Release of Final Merit List

  • After considering the objections raised by the applicants after the declaration of the alphabetical merit list, the conducting body releases the final merit list. 
  • The final merit list can be accessed from the official portal. 

Seat Allotment Result Announcement

  • Aspirants are allocated seats based on their merit, the web choices filled, and the availability of vacant seats. The seat allocation status can be checked by the candidates from the official site.
  • The allotted aspirants must download the provisional allotment letter from their login.
  • They must submit one copy of the same to the college they have been assigned for admission at the time of physical certificate verification and confirmation of seats.

Candidate Reporting and Seat Acceptance

  • Allocation of seats to the candidates if done as per their first preference shall be final and the aspirants have to accept the same with the help of the “Freeze” option. Such applicants are not eligible to participate in the subsequent rounds II and III. 
  • These candidates have to make the payment of a one-time seat acceptance fee of Rs 1000 via the Candidate’s Login.
  • They must then report to the assigned college for document verification and admission confirmation and pay the college fees. Aspirants who fail to appear for the college reporting process to confirm their seat acceptance will be regarded as those who did not accept the seat allocation offer.
  • Candidates who receive college other than their first choice, and want to confirm their admission may use the “Freeze” option. 
  • In conditions where the aspirants have selected the “Freeze” button but do not want to confirm their admission can pick up the “Betterment” tab and move to the next round (round II).

MAH B.P.Ed CET 2025 Counselling: Centralised Admission Process (CAP Round II)

Some significant pointers related to the CAP round II of MAH B.P.Ed CET 2025 are as follows  - 

  • For CAP round II, the specifics about the vacant seats will be posted on the CAP website.
  • Aspirants who have been allocated seats apart from the first preference they opted for and have not participated in the college reporting or have not gone for the “Freeze” or “Betterment” option are eligible for round II.
  • Applicants who have received seat allotment other than their 1st choice, have made the payment of Seat Acceptance fees of Rs 1000 and opted for Freeze or Betterment but have not completed the college reporting process to confirm their admission are qualified for the CAP round.
  • Aspirants who choose “Betterment” against the allocated seat must make the payment for the seat acceptance through the Candidate Login.
  • The web choices submitted by the aspirants during CAP round I will be taken into consideration for betterment in round II allocation.
  • After round II, there will be no further betterment options for the aspirants. The allotment made in round II will be final.
  • After the round II allocation is declared, candidates will have to report to the specified college and complete the formalities for admission.
  • Very few seats may be available for round III, hence the aspirants are requested to consider the allocated college.

MAH B.P.Ed CET 2025 Counselling: Centralised Admission Process (CAP Round III)

The major pointers related to the MAH B.PEd CET 2025 counselling for CAP round III are mentioned here -

  • The candidate registration for rounds III and IV commences at the end of CAP round I after the merit list is declared.
  • After the rounds III and IV registration process, aspirants can submit their college options for the round III merit list and seat allocation.
  • Initially, the alphabetical merit list is declared, and then the final merit list after the objections are reviewed by the conducting committee.
  • After the seat allotment result is published for round III, the shortlisted candidates can report to the designated colleges for document verification and pay the admission fee.
  • Aspirants who have been allocated seats as per their first preference either in rounds I or II, but did not report to the assigned colleges to confirm their seats are not eligible for round III. Such applicants can join the institutional round (round IV).
  • Those applicants who have been rejected by the assigned institutions due to any discrepancy in the application are qualified to join round III.
  • Aspirants will find only the “Freeze” option in the candidate’s login. They can freeze the allocated seats of round III by paying the seat acceptance charges (Rs 1000). 
  • Aspirants who have been allocated institutes in round III in reserved category seats must get their CVC, TVC, NCL & EWS certificates from the colleges at the time of admission.
  • The admission will be cancelled by the college through the login or online system for the applicants who fail to submit and upload the necessary documents. Such students can apply for round IV (Institutional level round) as Open category candidates if they meet the eligibility criteria for the said category.

MAH B.P.Ed CET 2025 Counselling: Instructions to Candidates for Institutional Round (ACAP Seats)

  • This round will be conducted at the admitting institution level, as per the schedule.
  • The registered candidates can add their college preferences during the choice filling process for institute-level admissions.
  • The participating colleges generate the online merit list for ACAP and Management Quota seats if applicable via the CAP portal from their login.
  • The participating colleges must inform the process of admission to the aspirants in the merit list, through email and SMS and publishing notices on the website of the college and the notice board.
