UPSC NDA Application Form 2025

The application correction window for the NDA 1 2025 application form was opened by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on January 2, 2025. Candidates could make modifications to their already filled-in application forms till January 7, 2025. Besides, the deadline to submit the UPSC NDA 1 application form was extended to January 1, 2025, from December 31, 2024. The candidates who chose the "pay by cash" mode were required to pay before December 30, 2024, and the candidates opting for the online payment method were allowed to do so till January 1, 2025.

The NDA 1 2025 application form was first issued on December 11, 2024. The application fee for general and OBC candidates is INR 1000. SC/ST candidates, women, and other specific categories are exempted from the fee. The official notification, available in PDF format, provides essential information such as eligibility criteria, syllabus, and patterns of the exams. The NDA 1 2025 exam will be conducted on April 13, 2025, for those who have passed or are appearing in the Class 12 exam.

NDA 1 Application Form 2025 Correction Window

From January 2, 2025, candidates who had applied for the NDA 1 2025 were able to get their application forms corrected via the NDA 2025 correction window. The application form correction window was closed on January 7, 2025. However, the choice of the UPSC NDA 2025 exam centres will not be changed. If one needs to get his/her OTR profile updated during this time, it is available only through the OTR portal. Changes to the OTR profile cannot be done through the application correction window.

  • Step 2. Go to the active examination section and click on the UPSC NDA/ NA 2025 exam option provided
  • Step 3. Navigate the option for Application Form on the page and click on it.

  • Step 5. Fill the registration ID and the date of birth to initiate the process
  • Step 6. Now enter the registered mobile number and email ID for the OTP generation process.

NDA 2025 Application Fees

  • Credentials Requirement: Candidates must provide the credentials they used to submit their UPSC NDA/NA 2025 application. Note that this withdrawal facility is only available to those with complete applications.
  • Active Contact Information: Ensure that your registered mobile number and email ID are active, as the Commission will send separate OTPs to both. These OTPs must be validated within 30 minutes to proceed with the withdrawal process. Keep these OTPs confidential.
  • Multiple Applications: If you have submitted multiple applications, only the most recent one will be eligible for withdrawal. Previous applications will be considered invalid.
  • Final Submission: Once the OTP is validated, you can proceed with filling out the application withdrawal form. After submitting the form, it is recommended to print a copy for your records. Remember, withdrawn applications cannot be retrieved under any circumstances.
  • Confirmation: An auto-generated email and SMS will confirm the successful withdrawal of your application.
  • Fee Policy: Note that the Commission does not refund any fees paid, even if the application is successfully withdrawn.

Factors Responsible for Rejection of UPSC NDA Application Form 2025

The UPSC NDA & NA allows candidates to withdraw their online applications. However, this option is available only to those who have successfully submitted their applications. To ensure a smooth withdrawal process, candidates should follow these guidelines:

  • Withdrawal Window: The Commission will provide a specific time frame during which candidates can request the withdrawal of their applications.
  • Application Details: Candidates must provide their registered application ID and other relevant details when requesting withdrawal.
  • Access to Contact Information: Ensure you have access to the registered email ID and phone number used during application submission, as OTPs will be sent to these contacts.
  • OTP Verification: The Commission will send unique OTPs to your registered email and phone. The withdrawal request will only be processed if these OTPs are validated within 30 minutes.
  • Multiple Applications: If multiple applications are submitted, only the one with the highest registration ID will be considered for withdrawal. Previous applications will be automatically canceled.
  • Receipt and Finality: After submitting the withdrawal request, take a printout of the confirmation receipt. Note that once an application is withdrawn, it cannot be revived.
  • Fee Policy: The application fee is non-refundable even if the application is successfully withdrawn.
  • Confirmation: Upon successful withdrawal, an auto-generated email and SMS will be sent to your registered contact details.
