AP LAWCET Application Form 2025: The AP LAWCET 2025 application form was issued on March 25. Candidates could complete the form submission without a late fee by April 27, 2025. Online applications can be completed by paying a late fee as well by May 25, 2025. However, as per the schedule, the fine will vary.

Those who seek to make corrections to the submitted form can do so between May 26 and May 27, 2025. Please note that they can edit certain fields of the form and not the entire application. Here is the list of essential documents required for the AP LAWCET 2025 application process -

  • Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking details
  • Marks memos or Hall Ticket Number of Degree or Intermediate or 10th
  • 10th standard Certificate or Equivalent Certificate
  • Local Status Certificate provided by a competent authority
  • Income Certificate issued by an approved authority
  • Study Certificates from 6th standard to 10+2
  • Degree or Diploma or PG degree Certificates
  • Caste Certificate presented by the MRO or competent authority 
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Passport-Size photo in JPG / JPEG file format of less than 50 Kkb file size
  • The signature must be done with a black ink pen on white paper and then scanned. The scanned file size should be within 30 kb and saved as a JPG or JPEG file
  • Special Reservation Category Certificate
  • National Cadet Corps (NCC) Certificate
  • Children of Armed Personnel (CAP) Certificate

AP LAWCET 2025 Application Process

A fact worth mentioning is that before starting to fill out the online application forms, the aspirants must take a good look at the AP LAWCET eligibility criteria to see if all the terms and conditions are met. The AP LAWCET 2025 application process is divided into 4 main stages, which are described below.

Step-1: Fee Payment: 

  • Candidates must visit the AP LAWCET official website and look for the Fee Payment option. 
  • They must select the tab and click on it. Once they navigate to the Fee Payment tab, the fee payment page will open where applicants need to provide the details asked, such as the qualifying examination hall ticket number, name of the candidate, their mobile number, birth date, email address, and the stream of AP LAWCET (5-Year or 3-Year LLB)
  • The applicants must then pay the application fee online by clicking on the “Initiate Payment” tab.
  • The applicants must preserve the payment reference ID for any future reference after successful payment.

Step 2: Know Your Payment Status 

  • Candidates can check the payment status in the next step through the “Know Your Payment Status” option.
  • By clicking on the "Know Your Payment Status" tab, the applicants can confirm their payment status and know whether the payment was done successfully or not.
  • Once the applicants provide the requested details and click on the tab, they will see a success or failure page on the screen.

Step 3: Fill Application (Only After Fee Payment) 

  • Applicants can now start to fill out their online application forms in this step.
  • They will have to provide the payment reference ID, qualifying examination admit card / hall ticket number, mobile number, and date of birth and then the “Proceed to fill the application” link.
  • The primary application fields of the AP LAWCET application form will ask for details such as the Candidate's Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Aadhaar Card Number / Enrollment No, ration Card Number, annual Income of the Parents, caste Category, information regarding Economically Weaker Sections, candidate Bank details, address, Mobile number, email id, details of qualifying examination, medium of Instruction at qualifying exam, information regarding other educational qualifications like SSC or Equivalent (10th Class) and Intermediate or Equivalent (10+2), Test Centre preference, and Photo and Signature as per the specifications.
  • Once the candidates fill out all the application form fields, especially the mandatory ones, they can save and preview the form.
  • They must then read the form declaration provided, check the box, and click to save the information.
  • Candidates can click on the “Modify” button to review the application details and make any required changes.
  • After the applicants modify and save the data, they must confirm the step by pressing the “Confirm” or “Freeze” tab.
  • Once they do it, the application’s particulars are frozen, and the candidates cannot edit it anymore. 
  • They must next click the “Confirm” button to complete the submission process. Once done successfully, the applicants must note the Registration number for any further correspondence.

Step 4: Print the Application Form (Only After Submitting the Application Form) 

  • Applicants can take the hard copy of the submitted AP LAWCET 2025 application form in this step. 
  • They can click on the “Print Application Form” option from the official homepage of AP LAWCET and take the printout.
  • Once they click on the above link, it will request them to furnish the details asked as Payment Reference ID, Registration Number, Qualifying Examination Admit Card / Hall Ticket Number, Mobile Number, and date of birth and tap “Get Application” to view the soft copy of the filled-in AP LAWCET 2025 application form.
  • Once the candidates do the above step, the webpage will display the filled-in AP LAWCET 2025 application form copy for printing.

The AP LAWCET 2025 application form correction facility will be activated after the form submission deadline. Please note only the data of those fields that fall under Category 1 or 2 can be edited. However, they have to follow the procedure given below -

Below is a list of items that cannot be modified by the applicant. However, they can place a request for form correction of these fields to the Convenor of AP LAWCET 2025 via email to helpdeskaplawcet@apsche.org with authentic scanned documents as proof. 

While emailing the request, the applicants have to provide the Payment ID, Hall Ticket number of the Qualifying Degree or Diploma Exam or 10+2, Mobile Number, Birth Date, and SSC Hall Ticket Number.
