• If a candidate requires a duplicate admit card after examination, the Board shall grant the same card only until 60 days after the results.

• In order to get a duplicate, a candidate must apply to the board and pay a processing fee of Rs. 500/- by a bank draft in the name of “West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board” payable at Kolkata. 

• WBJEEB does not verify any information provided by the candidate - during the online application. Admit cards are issued only based on the information provided by the candidate.

• All verifications shall be carried out during counselling, registration, admission, etc. If the applicant is found ineligible at any stage after examination, then his / her candidacy will be treated as cancelled even if he/she has appeared in and secured a Merit Rank. Participating in the examination and obtaining a rank does not guarantee the admission of the applicant.
