JUET 2021 Counselling Process

JUET Counselling Process will start after the declaration of Result for JUET 2021.  The Rank list is disclosed on Jammu University’s website and Date & Time is also mentioned for counselling Rank-wise. The candidate will be required to download Counselling Call Letter from www.juet.in.

List of Documents Required for JUET 2021 Counselling:

• Class 10 and 12th Marksheets (UG Candidates)
• Class 10, 12th, Graduation Marksheet (PG Candidates)
• Photo ID Proof showing Candidate’s Photo, Address, Date of Birth and Father’s or Mother’s Name or both
• JUET 2021 Score Card
• JUET 2021 Admit Card
• JUET Counselling Call Letter
• 5 Self Attested Photographs
• Reserved Category Certificate (If Applicable)

FAQs

1. Should my parents accompany me at the time of counselling?

It is not compulsory. But, for the counselling rounds, the presence of the candidate is mandatory.

2.  After the declaration of the cut-off, are candidates given admission on first come first serve basis?

There is no first come first serve policy. Admission is offered only if the candidate meets the JUET cut-off.

3.  Am I guaranteed a seat in a college with the JUET score? 

No,  JUET is only one of the requirements in the admission process. Candidates have to adhere to all the prerequisites of admission.
