KLEE LLM 2024 Processing of Options and Allotment
Below are the major stages of Kerala CEE LLM 2024 option processing and allotment -
Allotment Schedule and Allotment Memo
Following the registration period, the options will be evaluated, and the course allotment will be posted on the CEE's website on the date specified by the CEE. The allocation memo, which may be printed from the internet, will show the course and institution to which the applicant has been assigned and the amount to be paid for the course. The CEE will issue all necessary announcements.
Remittance of Fee
The required course fees must be paid by the applicant at the institution assigned to them when they apply for admission.
Admission for all courses
Candidates who have been assigned to courses and have paid the required fees should enrol in the college assigned to them according to the CEE's schedule. Applicants who do not pay the fees or attend the institution on or before the deadline will forfeit their allocation as well as all remaining possibilities.
Once lost, the selections will no longer be available in succeeding phases. At the time of admission, candidates must pay the admission fee set by the university in question.
If a candidate who received admission in any course, in any phase of CAP administered by the CEE, decides to abandon the course by taking TC to attend another institution or course that is not part of CAP or for any other cause unrelated to CAP, they would forfeit their allocation as well as all current options. Once forfeited, the selections will no longer be available in succeeding phases.
Online Option Confirmation
Only after the web option confirmation can applicants delete undesired options or change their priority for current selections. If an applicant does not affirm the higher order selections by clicking the 'Confirm' button on their Home page, such alternatives will be unavailable in the following phases. However, their current allocation will be maintained.
Following each allocation, the alternatives below the 'allotted one of the candidates' will be automatically removed from the candidate's options list.
For example, if candidates registered ten alternatives in total and are assigned their fifth selection, all possibilities from six to ten will be eliminated from the option list. Because the fifth option is the assigned one, it will not appear in the list of options.
Options 1–4 will remain valid and will be considered in future allocations. If a candidate is content with their allocation and does not want to be considered for their remaining alternatives, they will be able to cancel all of them. They can also choose to cancel certain alternatives from the remaining options. The individual will also be able to alter the order of the remaining alternatives. However, the candidate will not be authorised to add any new options to the existing ones.
Claims Revoked in CAP
The claims in the CEE's Centralised Allotment Process will be revoked for the following reasons.
- Failure to pay the tuition fee as indicated in the allotment memo.
- Non-enrollment in the course / college within the time frame set by the CEE.
- TC provided by the applicants for enrolling in courses other than those assigned by the CEE or for any other cause.
Last Rank Details
Following each allotment, the last rank information will be released and made accessible via the website. The last rank / position will be that of the applicant, not the placement in the category list.
Mop-up Allotment Vacancies that exist / occur following the second phase of the centralised allotment procedure will be filled by a Mop-up allocation conducted by the CEE.
