KLEE LLM 2024 Centralised Allotment Process (CAP)

To allocate LLM courses, the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) shall be completed online. Courses / colleges shall be assigned strictly in accordance with the rank list and category lists for the General Merit and Reservation categories.

The following are the key considerations for the Kerala CEE LLM 2024 admissions process:

  • The allotment to all courses for all categories is made through a Centralised Allotment Process.
  • It is a Single Window System (SWS) of Allotment to offer allocations to the LLM seats relying on the alternatives submitted online by the applicants who have been added to the CEE's Rank list and Category lists for admission to LLM courses.
  • Allotments are made solely on the basis of the participant's options selected, rank earned, and eligible reservations.
  • Candidates should only register for courses and colleges that they are certain they are eager to join upon allocation.
  • Only through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in may options be registered.
  • Candidates must enter their preferences in the candidate's 'Home Page' via the internet within the time frame specified.
  • Options sent to the CEE via fax, post, hand delivery, or other means will not be processed or considered for seat allocation.
  • The alternative registration facility is accessible only during the period mentioned in the CEE notifications.
  • Candidates who do not submit and register their alternatives within the specified time limit are not eligible for allotments for any currently available seats, regardless of rank.
  • Only students whose names appear on the Kerala State Rank List and Category List of the Kerala CEE LLM Entrance Examination are capable of registering online.
  • Furthermore, candidates registering their selections must meet all of the qualifying requirements outlined in the rules.
  • When the candidate submits for admission, the Principal / Head of the Institution shall be personally responsible for verifying eligibility conditions as provided in the prospectus for admission to the LLM Course of the Government of Kerala.
  • The candidate can access their home page by successfully entering the relevant information - application number, password, and access code for web options submission.

KLEE LLM 2024 Online Submission of Options

Here are the major pointers for the Kerala CEE LLM 2024 online options submission -

  • They must log in to the 'Candidate Portal' via the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in with the relevant details and move to the Option Registration Page by clicking on the 'Option Registration' Link to register options.
  • On this window, they must enter options and save the registered choices. Candidates can browse and print the list of registered alternatives.
  • All of the candidate's eligible options will be displayed on this site, and the applicant should select just those that interest them. The candidate is asked to choose the options in the order of their preference. All of the candidate's alternatives will be considered.
  • If a candidate is assigned to a certain seat based on their preference, they must accept it or lose that allotment as well as all other available possibilities. Once lost, the choice will no longer be available in succeeding phases.
  • Aspirants who have valid options and want to participate in the second / subsequent allotment must log in to their option filing page and confirm their preferences by clicking the 'Confirm' button on the Option Registration Page.
  • Only after the web option confirmation can candidates delete undesired alternatives or change the preference / order of current options.
  • Any option selection, addition, deletion, or rearrangement must be saved by the applicant before closing the option registration webpage for the changes to be live on the server. For this purpose, the save menu option is available.
  • All unsaved modifications will be lost upon exit through logging out or another method. So, before they exit, the aspirants must make sure that the course-college combinations they chose are saved.
  • They must not refresh the page in any other way than by using the provided buttons or tabs. If the candidates depart the system for any reason, whether by logging out or otherwise, they can begin again from the main page after logging in.
  • After storing the selected options, after any necessary additions, deletions, or re-arrangements, a print of the final list of preferred college-course pairings can be taken and saved for future reference.
  • When the candidate is through reviewing the alternatives, they should log out of the site by selecting the "logout" link. They must not leave the system without first logging out. The 'Option Registration' process is complete when the applicant logs out. This action is required to prevent others from misusing their Home Page.

KLEE LLM 2024 Processing of Options and Allotment

Below are the major stages of Kerala CEE LLM 2024 option processing and allotment -

Allotment Schedule and Allotment Memo

Following the registration period, the options will be evaluated, and the course allotment will be posted on the CEE's website on the date specified by the CEE. The allocation memo, which may be printed from the internet, will show the course and institution to which the applicant has been assigned and the amount to be paid for the course. The CEE will issue all necessary announcements.

Remittance of Fee

The required course fees must be paid by the applicant at the institution assigned to them when they apply for admission.

Admission for all courses

Candidates who have been assigned to courses and have paid the required fees should enrol in the college assigned to them according to the CEE's schedule. Applicants who do not pay the fees or attend the institution on or before the deadline will forfeit their allocation as well as all remaining possibilities.

Once lost, the selections will no longer be available in succeeding phases. At the time of admission, candidates must pay the admission fee set by the university in question.

If a candidate who received admission in any course, in any phase of CAP administered by the CEE, decides to abandon the course by taking TC to attend another institution or course that is not part of CAP or for any other cause unrelated to CAP, they would forfeit their allocation as well as all current options. Once forfeited, the selections will no longer be available in succeeding phases.

Online Option Confirmation

Only after the web option confirmation can applicants delete undesired options or change their priority for current selections. If an applicant does not affirm the higher order selections by clicking the 'Confirm' button on their Home page, such alternatives will be unavailable in the following phases. However, their current allocation will be maintained.

Following each allocation, the alternatives below the 'allotted one of the candidates' will be automatically removed from the candidate's options list.

For example, if candidates registered ten alternatives in total and are assigned their fifth selection, all possibilities from six to ten will be eliminated from the option list. Because the fifth option is the assigned one, it will not appear in the list of options.

Options 1–4 will remain valid and will be considered in future allocations. If a candidate is content with their allocation and does not want to be considered for their remaining alternatives, they will be able to cancel all of them. They can also choose to cancel certain alternatives from the remaining options. The individual will also be able to alter the order of the remaining alternatives. However, the candidate will not be authorised to add any new options to the existing ones.

Claims Revoked in CAP

The claims in the CEE's Centralised Allotment Process will be revoked for the following reasons.

  • Failure to pay the tuition fee as indicated in the allotment memo.
  • Non-enrollment in the course / college within the time frame set by the CEE.
  • TC provided by the applicants for enrolling in courses other than those assigned by the CEE or for any other cause.

Last Rank Details

Following each allotment, the last rank information will be released and made accessible via the website. The last rank / position will be that of the applicant, not the placement in the category list.

Mop-up Allotment Vacancies that exist / occur following the second phase of the centralised allotment procedure will be filled by a Mop-up allocation conducted by the CEE.
