MAH MArch CET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

State CET Cell Maharashtra sets the eligibility requirements related to academic qualifications, passing percentage, age limit, etc, which candidates will have to fulfill in order to be eligible for the MAH M.ARCH CET 2025 exam. If any candidate fails to satisfy any of the prescribed eligibility conditions, then, he/she will not be allowed to take the MAH MArch CET 2025 exam. The MAH M.ARCH CET 2025 eligibility criteria will include details related to the qualifying examination, age, and academic details, etc. Candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an All India Council for Technical Education or Council of Architecture accredited institution or an equivalent examination to be eligible for the MAH M.Arch CET exam 2025.  

Candidates must note that there is a separate eligibility criterion for Maharashtra Candidature/ All India Candidature. The other candidates belonging to NRI / OCI/ PIO, children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, and foreign National categories should also check the detailed MAH M.ARCH CET eligibility criteria 2025 as mentioned below. Candidates who are pursuing the final year of education may also apply for the exam if they are confident enough to score the required academic percentage.

MAH M.Arch CET Eligibility for All-India Candidates

Check the detailed MAH M.Arch CET eligibility criteria 2025 given below. 

  • Candidate should be an Indian citizen.
  • Candidate should have passed a Bachelor Degree in Architecture from the All India Council for Technical Education or Council of Architecture or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent examination.
  • For General Category candidate, it is mandatory to score at least 50 % marks in the aggregate while 45 % for Backward class categories along with persons with disabilities belonging to Maharashtra State only.
  • Candidates appearing for the final year of qualifying examination are also eligible to apply for CET.

Note:

  • If in case the candidates have scored grades/ CGPA instead of marks, the conversion to the percentage of marks from grades and CGPA will be based on the procedure certified by the university/institution from where they have obtained the bachelor's degree. Two places after the decimal will be considered for calculating the percentage of marks. 
  • Candidates who belong from any of the SC, VJ/DT (NT (A)), NT (B), NT(C), NT (D), OBC, SBC and SEBC  categories need to show the “Caste Validity Certificate” issued by Scrutiny Committee of Social Welfare Department. Other candidates belonging to ST Category need to submit the “Tribe Validity Certificate” issued by Scrutiny Committee of Tribal Department and valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate except SC, ST candidates at the time of verification of documents.
  • The aggregate marks can be calculated as the grand total of marks obtained in each subject by the candidate. 

MAH M.Arch CET Application Form 2025

Candidates are advised to go through the MAH M.ARCH CET 2025 eligibility criteria before proceeding to fill out the MAH M.ARCH CET 2025 application form. MAH MArch CET application form 2025 is expected to be released on January 11, 2025. The MAH M.Arch CET 2025 registration process is ongoing in online mode at cetcell.mahacet.org. Candidates must keep documents like Class 10+2 mark sheet, date of birth proof, address proof, domicile certificate, etc handy while filling out the application form. The application process includes registration, document uploading, filling application form, paying fees, etc.
