The PAU CET exam pattern 2026 will be released by Punjab Agricultural University on its official website. Students who are preparing for the PAU CET 2026 exam must be well-versed with the exam pattern. As per the exam pattern of PAU CET 2026, the exam will be conducted for a total time duration of 3 hours, and the question paper will be in English only. As per the PAU CET 2026 marking scheme, each correct answer will carry one mark, whereas a 1/4 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. The weightage for correct and incorrect answers will be doubled in the case of the Mathematics subject. The question paper will have three sections, with Physics and Chemistry being the compulsory sections, consisting of 66 questions of one mark each. However, for the last section, 68 questions of one mark each for Biology or Agriculture or Home Science will be there, or candidates can also appear for Mathematics, having 34 questions of two marks each.
