The SLAT application form 2025 is available until November 22, 2024, for submission. Exam takers are advised to review the eligibility criteria before registering for SLAT 2025. Earlier, the online application process commenced on August 15, 2024.

The SLAT 2025 exam dates are December 13 and December 15, for which the admit card will be released by the end of November. Candidates must note that they have to download the SLAT 2025 admit card to sit for the test.

Steps to Fill SLAT Application Form 2025

Here is the step-by-step procedure explaining how to fill up the application form of SLAT. Please note the below image is for reference purposes only -

Step 1: Registration

  • Visit the official website of SET and click on “Apply Now” mentioned on the home page.

  • Select “Register” and a list of terms & conditions will pop up on the page.

  • Click on the “I agree” tab to agree with the terms & conditions.

  • Enter all the required personal and academic details.
  • Select the preferred city in the order of preference.

  • Upload the current passport size photograph.

  • Verify all the details and click on “Save & Continue”.

  • An OTP will be sent to the registered email & mobile number. Verify the same.

  • A mail regarding the ID and password will be forwarded to the registered email and mobile number. Keep the details safe as they will be required in the further rounds of the admission process.

Step 2: Fill-up the Application Form

  • Visit the official website and click on “Existing User”

  • Enter the SET 2025 ID / Email Id along with the password.

  • Type the Captcha and click on “Sign in”.

  • Fill up all the credentials on the application form.

  • Upload the required documents.

  • Cross-check all the details for accuracy & spelling errors as they cannot be altered later.

Step 3: Fee Payment

  • Pay the application fee either through DD or through any online mode.

  • A notification regarding the successful registration will be sent to the registered ID or mobile number.

Payment Instructions for SLAT 2025 Application Form

Provided underneath are a few payment instructions for SLAT 2025 Application Form.

STeps SLAT

  • Applicants are provided with three choices of payment options. They can either pay through Billdesk Payment Gateway, Indian Bank Payment Gateway or Demand Draft.

  • Billdesk Payment Gateway and Indian Bank Payment Gateway are for fee payment through an online mode and Demand Draft is for offline fee payment.

  • The Demand Draft (DD) can be from any Nationalized Bank in favour of the "Symbiosis Test Secretariat" payable at Pune.

  • The Symbiosis Test Secretariat will authenticate the Demand Draft’s details and send an email confirming the fee payment. 

  • Only after the realisation of DD payment, the candidates are able to view the Admit Card.

  • Upon selecting DD, an individual needs to take a printout of the payment advice form, fill in the DD Details, sign the form and send it along with the Demand Draft so that it reaches the Symbiosis Test Secretariat by the prescribed date and time, at the address given below:

Documents Required to Fill SLAT 2025 Application Form

  1. Passport size photo in .jpg, .jpeg, .png or .gif format (file size should not exceed 500 KB)

  2. Marks acquired in SSC

  3. Marks acquired in HSC (if awaiting result, choose “Appeared”)

Steps to retrieve the forgotten password of the SLAT 2025 application process are elaborated below:

  1. Visit the official website and click on “Existing User”.

  2. Select “Forgot Password” mentioned next to the “Sign in” option.

  3. Enter the candidate’s name, registered email ID and Date of Birth.

  4. A mail regarding the same will be forwarded to the candidate.

  5. Reset the password & jot it down somewhere.

Important Instructions for SLAT 2025 Application Process

  • Applicants must check the eligibility criteria of the desired programme before filling out the application form. Those who fail to meet the eligibility will not be considered for admission through SLAT.
  • An application correction window is not provided by the SIU, so the applicants have to fill up all the details correctly on the first go only. They do not have the option to make corrections or rectifications after the form is submitted.

  • Cross-check and verify all the details correctly before submitting the form.

  • The application/ registration fee is not refundable or transferable so the payment needs to be made carefully.

  • While uploading the image, stick to the specifications provided by the SLAT authorities.

  • All the details entered on the application form need to be correct as any wrong or misleading information can disqualify the applicant.

  • The admit card is released only if the university has received the fee payment made by the applicant.

  • Keep the autofill option disable and fill up all the details manually to reduce any chances of mistake.

  • Download and take a print out of the submitted application form as it is required numerous times during the admission process.

What should be the size of the photo that needs to be uploaded on the SLAT application form?

The size of the photo that needs to be uploaded on the SLAT application form should not exceed 100 KB. Also, it must follow the .jpg, .jpeg or .png format only.

Can I upload a black and white photo on the application form of SLAT?

The photo that needs to be uploaded on the application form of SLAT needs to be coloured only. Black and white images are not accepted.
