AIBE XIX (19) Application Form 2024: AIBE 19 (XIX) registration 2024 process for final year students of 3-year or 5-year LLB is open. The registration link is common for all the aspirants. Previously, as a basic criterion, candidates must be registered with a state bar council and have an enrollment number. However, as per the latest development, final-year students of 3-year or 5-year LLB can now apply for AIBE.

The deadline to complete the AIBE 19 application form is October 25. The last date to complete the fee payment for AIBE 2024 registration is October 28, and for making corrections in the online form is October 30. Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying for AIBE. Please note to apply for the said examination, it is mandatory that candidates have to register first. After registration, aspirants will receive an email and SMS confirming the same. Only after that can candidates fill out the AIBE XIX (19) application form 2024-25.

How to Fill AIBE Application Form 2024

Here is how candidates can fill out the AIBE application form 2024 -

Step 1: AIBE 19 Registration 

Candidates must visit the official portal. Click on the AIBE 2024 registration link. The AIBE 19 registration will appear as the below image. They need to click on the “Register Here” button and once the page opens they have to fill in the below details -

  • Applicant Name
  • Mobile
  • Email Address
  • Password
  • Confirm Password

After they fill in the data, they must hit the “Continue” link and enter the OTP received on the email address and mobile number and press the “Verify OTP” tab. They will get a message indicating successful confirmation of the OTP. After finishing the AIBE 2024 registration, candidates will be sent a confirmation email and SMS to the mobile number and email address respectively.

Step 2: Fill out the AIBE 19 Application Form

In this part, candidates have to fill out the AIBE 19 (XIX) 2024-25 application. They have to enter their details such as the name of the candidate, gender, father’s name/ husband’s name, date of birth, permanent address, email address, mobile number etc. 

Along with that, they have to type in academic qualification information such as marks obtained in 10th Board, Class 12 exams, graduation marks, LLB degree marks, marks of Master’s degree, etc.

Step 4: Pay the AIBE 19 Registration 2024 Fees

Candidates can pay the AIBE 19 registration 2024 fees by any of the online payment methods available on the portal. They have to hit the “Make Payment” button to pay the application charges. After the payment, aspirants will get an email confirming the same. The preferred modes of payment include Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Net baking, Wallet, etc.

Step 5: AIBE 19 Application Form 2024 Form Submission and Print Out

After all the above stages, candidates can download the AIBE application form 2024 and save a copy of it. They are advised to take a printout of the form and retain it for future reference.

How to Fill AIBE Application Form 2024 for Final Year Law Students

AIBE can now be attempted by aspirants who have not yet received their law degrees or do not have an enrollment certificate yet. Here are the main criteria for eligibility -

Eligibility

Before registering for AIBE 19, candidates must check out the requirements of eligibility. The major pointers include - 

  • Final-year students in their last semester of 5-year or 3-year LLB degree can apply if they do not have any backlogs. Those awaiting their last semester results can also register for the examination.
  • Also, those who do not have an enrollment certificate or are in a job or service but do not have an enrollment certificate or had to surrender their enrollment because of the terms and conditions of their job/ service can send their applications.

Registration

  • The AIBE 2024 registration/ application form is the same for all. They have to enter their name, their number, email, and password, and validate their account with the help of the OTP sent.
  • After receiving the credentials, they have to log in to their account.

Form Filling and Undertaking Submission

  • In this step, they have to type in the details asked. After filling out the particulars, they have to submit an undertaking.
  • The undertaking must be as per the prescribed format of BCI provided on the official site or can be accessed from the final web page of the application form. After completing the undertaking the examinees have to submit a scanned copy (not a mobile photograph) of the signed undertaking/ document.

Document Submission(Marksheets of LLB)

Final Semester Candidates: 

  • Those in the final semester of the 3-year or 5-year LLB courses have to upload self-attested, scanned copies of their mark sheets of all the previous semesters (photos will not be accepted). Please make sure the documents are thoroughly scanned and uploaded based on the guidelines given.
  • 3-year LLB students have to add mark sheets from the 1st semester to the 5th semester. Others who are pursuing a 5-year integrated LLB have to submit mark sheets from the 1st semester to the 9th semester.

Law graduate yet to receive law degree:

  • They have to attach self-attested and scanned copies of all the mark sheets from the 1st to 6th semester for 3-year LLB and the 1st to 10th semester for 3-year LLB.

Below are some of the important instructions that the candidates should keep in mind while filling up the AIBE XIX (19) application form 2024 -

  • Candidates must meet the AIBE 19 eligibility criteria.
  • The documents that have to be submitted must be self-attested.
  • Those documents that will not be self-attested will be rejected by the Bar Council of India (BCI). 
  • No hard copy of the documents needs to be submitted to BCI.
  • It is advisable for the candidates to keep a printout of the duly filled and submitted application form with themselves for future reference.
  • The candidates won’t be provided with the application form correction window. So, in case of any discrepancy in the AIBE 2024 application form, the candidates need to email it to the BCI and get it rectified.

  • Use the Find Registration ID and Password (AIBE-XIX) link on the portal.
  • Enter the credentials asked such as mobile number and date of birth.
  • Submit the information.
  • The data will appear on the computer screen.

If candidates have lost their password, they can also use the below method - 

  • Open the official site 
  • Click on “Forgot Password”.
  • It will prompt to type the registered email address.
  • Type the email address and hit on the ‘Submit” link.
  • A link will be sent to the email ID, by using which candidates can reset their password.

How to correct AIBE 19 (XIX) 2024-25 Application Details?

To correct the AIBE 19 (XIX) 2024-25 application details, aspirants can send an email to the concerned authorities during the form correction window. Aspirants will not get the chance to get all the details edited. They can request corrections in the selective fields allowed by the conducting body.

Candidates may also be allowed to log in to the applicant portal and edit the AIBE 2024 application form by themselves.
