As soon as the AIMA UGAT 2025 result and cut-off marks are declared, candidates are called to participate in the counselling round. Candidates must be physically present during the counselling; otherwise, the seat will be allotted to the next candidate in the order of merit list. AIMA UGAT counselling will be organised by various participating colleges accepting the UGAT scores. Candidates must bring their original as well as attested copies of their required documents for the process of document verification during the counselling after the declaration of the AIMA UGAT Results 2025.

AIMA does not organize centralized counselling for the UGAT exam, so there is no standardized process. Instead, candidates must follow the selection procedures set by individual colleges. However, most colleges accepting UGAT scores have similar selection processes.
Candidates should review their chosen college’s selection criteria carefully before attending counselling. When filling out the UGAT application form, candidates can select up to five colleges from the participating institutions. After the results are declared, they can also apply to other colleges offering their desired courses, aside from the five selected during registration.
Each college releases its own cutoff and merit list, and shortlisted candidates are notified via email. These cutoffs vary yearly based on factors such as the number of applicants, seat availability, candidate categories, and exam difficulty. Shortlisted candidates are called to attend selection rounds at the respective colleges, which may include:
Candidates are required to be physically present for counselling, although the process may be modified due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After clearing the selection rounds, candidates must submit their documents to confirm admission, as provisional admission is granted until the documents are verified.
Candidates are required to carry their original documents to the counselling for verification. They will also be required to attested photocopies of their documents to the respective colleges. Document verification is a crucial step in the selection of AIMA UGAT. Candidates must ensure that they have valid copies of all of the required documents and they must carry them to the counselling centre.

Candidates qualifying for the AIMA UGAT 2025 Exam will get admission to various UG courses like BCA, BBA, BHM, Integrated MBA, etc. The AIMA UGAT Result 2025 is made available only through online mode. AIMA releases the AIMA UGAT Cutoff 2025 after hosting the Merit list, and then AIMA UGAT 2025 Counselling procedure commences. Those applicants who qualify for the AIMA UGAT 2025 exam become eligible to appear for counselling. AIMA UGAT scorecard will remain valid for the current academic session only. After the AIMA UGAT 2025 result declaration, candidates are required to upload the merit list and then the AIMA UGAT counselling process 2025 begins.
After the AIMA UGAT BBA Exam is cut off, the qualified candidates are called for AIMA UGAT BBA counselling. Only those candidates who find themselves eligible for AIMA UGAT BBA Exam 2025 will fill and submit the application form through online mode. All the shortlisted candidates become eligible for the next round of admission. Some institutes of AIMA UGAT will directly call the candidates for the admission process whereas some of participating institutes will call candidates for Personal Interviews. The selection process consists of Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds. The merit list of UGAT will be prepared on the basis of the cut off marks. Category wise merit list will be prepared based on Compound Score.
The AIMA UGAT 2025 Cut off is released after a few days of the declaration of result. It can be checked through online mode. AIMA UGAT cutoff is decided by UGAT participating institutes listed with AIMA. The AIMA UGAT Cutoff is based on the difficulty level of the question paper, the total number of candidates appearing for the exam, and the total number of vacant seats. The Selection Process will be held based on overall performance in the Aptitude test, Written Ability Test, and Personal Interview.
Candidates will become eligible to become a part of the AIMA UGAT 2025 Counselling Process only after completing the following events -
Firstly, candidates must appear for the AIMA UGAT 2025 exam.
Secondly, various participating institutes of UGAT 2025 will release the AIMA UGAT cutoffs.
Thirdly, candidates qualifying for the cutoff round will get a shortlist call to appear in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds.
Fourthly, shortlisted aspirants will attend the group discussions and interviews at the respective participating institutes/universities.
Finally, the participating institutes/universities will offer final admission to the aspirants who qualify in all the selection rounds of an institute/college.
During the AIMA UGAT counselling process, candidates are required to follow certain guidelines prescribed by the participating institutes along with the ones set by the conducting authorities. Some of the general guidelines and instructions for AIMA UGAT counselling are as follows.
Candidates can apply for the AIMA UGAT counselling process 2025 conducted by the participating colleges after receiving the scorecard.
Shortlisted candidates will receive a call for the offer letter from the colleges they are allotted.
Candidates will be called by the participating colleges into various courses based on the marks obtained.
Candidates also have the privilege to apply for counselling directly to any college if they satisfy the cut-off set by the participating college.
Individual colleges will release their own cut offs. Candidates will receive information about the same via the registered email address.
It is mandatory for the students to be present in the allotted location and time at the time of AIMA UGAT counselling.
In case of a candidate’s failure to be present during the counselling, they will not be eligible to get admission.
Different participating institutes follow different methods of counselling.

With each counselling phase, the AIMA UGAT seat allotment list will be declared.
