All India Management Association (AIMA) is the conducting body for Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT). AIMA is a national organization which was made to look after professional activities related to management and management studies. It was set up in the year 1975 with the support and guidance of the Government of India and Industry. Being a non-lobbying group, it works in close contact with the government, students, academia and industries to promote management profession and their benefits in India. It is also associated with 67 Local Management Association (LMAs) to disseminate the academic and professional approach of management studies.

AIMA UGAT exam provides admission to Bachelor's degree and five-year integrated degree courses offered at participating B Schools under:

• Integrated MBA (IMBA)

• Bachelor of Business Administration

• Bachelor of Computer Application

• Bachelor of Business Management

• Bachelor of Hotel Management

• B.COM (E-Com) B.Sc. (IT)

• Bachelor of Foreign Trade (BFT)

• Bachelor of Information Technology and Management

Candidates aspiring to take the AIMA UGAT 2025 must ensure that they comply with the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. The AIMA UGAT 2025 eligibility criteria are:

• Candidates must have cleared Class 12 from a recognized board.

• Candidates should have secured at least 50% aggregate at Class 12 level.

• Candidates waiting for their results can also apply.

• There is no age limit to appear for the UGAT 2025 exam.

Candidate can choose any ONE of the following modes to apply:

• Register online at the official website with Credit Card or Debit Card (ATM Card), Net Banking payment of  750/-. (OR)

• Register online at website link along with a Demand Draft of 750/- in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi.

The AIMA UGAT Admit card contains information like the candidate's name, Form No, Roll No, Test Date, and Test Venue Address. It is mandatory for the candidates to bring a valid AIMA UGAT 2025 Admit Card to the examination center. Candidates can download AIMA UGAT 2025 Admit Card by following the below steps,: –

1. Visit the official website of AIMA.

2. Locate AIMA UGAT 2025 admit card download link, or AIMA UGAT 2024 login.

3. Now enter the Application number and Date of Birth as entered in the AIMA UGAT application form.

4. Take the printout of the admit card

• Attempt Every Question: Since there is no negative marking in AIMA UGAT, make sure to attempt all questions during the exam to maximize your score. Avoid leaving any question unanswered.

The AIMA UGAT 2025 Cutoff is released a few days after the declaration of the result. It can be checked through online mode. AIMA UGAT cutoff is decided by UGAT participating institutes listed with AIMA. The AIMA UGAT Cutoff is based on the difficulty level of the question paper, the total number of candidates appearing for the exam, and the total number of vacant seats. The Selection Process will be held based on overall performance in the Aptitude test, Written Ability Test, and Personal Interview.

Candidates qualifying for the AIMA UGAT 2025 Exam will get admission to various UG courses like BCA, BBA, BHM, Integrated MBA, etc. The AIMA UGAT Result 2025 is made available only through online mode. Candidates have to download the UGAT Score from the official website. AIMA releases the AIMA UGAT Cutoff 2025 after hosting the Merit list, and then AIMA UGAT 2025 Counselling procedure commences. Those applicants who qualify for the AIMA UGAT 2025 exam become eligible to appear for counseling. The AIMA UGAT scorecard will remain valid for the current academic session only. After the AIMA UGAT 2025 result declaration, candidates are required to upload the merit list and then the AIMA UGAT counselling process 2025 begins.

• Shоrtlisted аррliсаnts will be summoned tо раrtiсiраte in GD-РI rоund.

• Uроn сleаring the GD-РI rоund, candidates will be offered рrоvisiоnаl admission subject to submission of dосuments.

As soon as the AIMA UGAT 2025 result and cut-off marks are declared, candidates are called for participating in the counselling round. Candidates must be physically present during the counselling; otherwise, the seat will be allotted to the next candidate in the order of merit list. AIMA UGAT counselling will be organised by various participating colleges accepting the UGAT scores. Candidates must bring their original as well as attested copies of their required documents for the process of document verification during the counselling after the declaration of the AIMA UGAT Results 2025.

UGAT Test Centre 2025- Do’s and Don’ts

Do’s

• Reach the AIMA UGAT examination centre at least 60 minutes before the reporting time.

• Carry a hard copy of the AIMA UGAT admit card along with one valid photo ID proof (in original) to the examination centre.

• Paste the same photograph which was uploaded in the AIMA UGAT application form.

• Read all the instructions carefully before writing the AIMA UGAT 2025 exam.

Don’ts

• Do not carry any prohibited items such as mobile phones, calculators, pagers, eatables etc to the AIMA UGAT examination centre.

• Candidates not following the UGAT exam day guidelines will be barred from taking the test.

• Stick to one question and set a time limit for each question. If you think the question will take longer than the time limit, go on to the next one.

• Don't overlook your areas of weakness.

• Do not attempt a question if you are unsure of the answer.
