APRJC CET Counselling Process 2024

APRJC CET 2024 Counselling Process will start after the result declaration. Andhra Pradesh Residential Educational Institutions Society (APREIS) will initiate the  APRJC CET counselling process on the official website. There will be three rounds for APRJC CET Counselling 2025.

The APRJC CET 2024 seat allotment process is one of the phases in the APRJC CET 2024 counselling process. In the first phase of the APRJC 2024 counselling, the candidates have to register for the APRJC CET counselling process 2024 followed by verification of documents. The APRJC CET counselling 2024 culminates with the allotment of seats to the eligible candidates and payment of the admission fee at the Institute where the candidates have been allocated a seat. Detailed Step by Step APRJC CET Counselling Process 2025

This section will deal explicitly with the detailed step by step APRJC CET 2025 counselling process:

Step 1: Registration 

This is the first step or phase of the APRJC CET counselling process 2025 in which the shortlisted candidates have to register themselves for the counselling process of APRJC CET 2025. The registration for the APRJC CET 2025 counselling process will take place at all the APRJC CET helpline centres. The candidates have to visit their nearest helpline centre to get themselves registered for the 2025 counselling process for APRJC CET. 

Step 2: Verification of Documents

During this phase, the candidates must submit all relevant documents, which will be reviewed by the appropriate officials. This step will verify the claims made by the applicants during the online application process. The candidate should bring the documents listed in the following section with them to the verification centre and submit them there. Candidates who fail to submit the required documents will be barred from progressing through the admissions process.

Step 3: Allotment of Seats

After successfully completing the document verification round, candidates will be given login credentials that they must use to select junior residential colleges in decreasing order of preference. Seats will be allotted to candidates based on their CET rank and the choices they made.

Step 4: Fee Payment

After being assigned seats at APRJC CET 2025 participating institutes, candidates must confirm their admission by paying the APRJC CET 2025 admission fee. The candidates will be given 15 days to deposit the required amount; failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the seats assigned to them.

As mentioned in the previous section, candidates must bring the following documents to the APRJC CET 2025 counselling verification centre to support the claims made by them while filling out the online application form for APRJC CET 2025.

• Admit card/ hall ticket of APRJC CET 2025

• Application form of APRJC CET 2025

• Marksheet of class 10th (as a proof of date of birth)

•  Transfer & Conduct Certificates from the college/ institute where the candidate last studied.

• Caste Certificate (if applicable)

• Income Certificate

• Study Certificates from class 9th onwards issued by the Heads of the respective institutes or Local Candidate Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format.

• APRJC CET Rank Card/ Result Sheet 2025

• Four recently clicked passport size photos.

• Special Category Certificate (if applicable)

Note: Aspirants must carry two sets of attested copies of all the above certificates or documents along with Originals Sets.
