BHU UET 2022 Counselling

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) will start the BHU UET 2022 counselling process after the merit list is released. The last date for BHU UET 2022 Counselling will be notified on the official website. All the qualified candidates who wish to pursue Undergraduate courses from the University can participate in the counselling round. The counselling process of BHU UET 2022 will be conducted in online mode and candidates will have to undergo three stages to finalize their admissions – entering online option, allotment of seats, reporting at the college allotted.

As a part of the counselling process of BHU UET 2022, candidates will have to do online option filling and then produce relevant documents for the verification process. In order to participate in the BHU UET 2022 counselling, shortlisted candidates will be required h to download their call letters which they will be able to access with their Roll number and Date of Birth. It must be noted by the candidates that the  BHU UET 2022 counselling process will be done on the basis of the rank and category of the candidate. Once the counselling procedure has been done, the University will start allocating seats to the candidates in their respective courses.

Step by Step Counselling Process of BHU UET 2022

To participate in the counselling process of BHU UET 2022, candidates can go through the step-by-step counselling process that has been listed below:

Online Preference Entry:

Candidates will have to fill online preference entry to participate in the BHU UET 2022 counselling process. The university will release electronic call letters for the candidates and they will be informed about the call letters through an SMS and an E-mail. In order to access the call letters of BHU UET 2022, candidates will have to login to ‘candidate segment’ on the entrance test portal and fill in the online preference entries. It must be noted by the candidates that they must not leave any options blank as the computer will assume that the candidate has not listed his/ her preferences.

Seat Allotment Process of BHU UET:

Once after candidate fills and submits the online preference entries, the candidates will be called to attend the counselling session rank-wise and the seat allotment process will begin for the candidates. On the basis of the candidate’s merit in the entrance test, preferences, and seat availability, the seat allotment will take place. As a part of BHU UET 2022 seat allotment process, candidates will have to sign an attendance sheet, once they have reported to the counselling venue on the specified date.

Final Admission and Reporting at the Institute:

The last step of BHU UET 2022 counselling process is reporting at the institute. Candidates can pay the admission fee in both online through Credit/ Debit card as well as offline mode via cash at counters in the counselling venue. Candidates failing to pay the fees will cancel candidates’ admissions to the programme.

• Certificate of 10th class or equivalent

• Mark sheet of 10th class exam

• Certificate of 12th class or equivalent

• Mark sheet of 10 + 2 class qualifying exam

• Admit Card of BHU UET 2022

• Transfer/ Migration certificate (should be carried in case of the university except BHU)

• Sports category certificate for candidates from sports quota.

• Certificate issued by Central Registry for sons/ daughters of permanent employees/ re-employed/ retired/ deceased employees of Banaras Hindu University
