BITS HD 2025 Registration Process has been live on the official website at bitsadmission.com. BITS Pilani has released the application form for Higher Degree programs. According to the official schedule, the last date to fill out the BITS HD 2025 Application Form is April 19, 2025, and the BITS HD 2025 exam will be conducted from May 26, 2025, to June 01, 2025. The candidates have to submit the application fees of Rs 3500/- and the GATE-qualified candidates need to submit Rs 1000/- for admissions. The BITS HD 2025 application form correction window opens on April 21-22, 2025 and the candidates can make necessary changes in their application form before the due date. Candidates will not be able to make any registrations after the due date. The candidates filling out applications for entrance to BITS campuses must meet the eligibility criteria to submit the applications. They should have a minimum of 60% in their qualifying exam to be able to apply for the entrance test.

Documents Required for BITS HD Application Form 2025

Before filling up the BITS HD 2025 application form for the exam, the candidates must keep the following documents with them:

Steps to Fill the BITS HD 2025 Application Form

Step 1: Registration - Candidates need to visit the bitsadmission.com website and tap on 'Click Here' to apply for a higher degree. They will be redirected to a new page with instructions, look for the option of new registration on the right side of the page. Tap on new registration and start with the BITS HD 2025 registration process. 

Step 2: Filling Out Data - The candidates have to fill out the details like name, email address, mobile number, and password, to create a new registration. Further, select the admission mode and continue with the form filling.  While filling out the BITS HD 2025 application form candidates need to submit the qualifying degree marks in the form of percentage. (For example, if the candidate has a CGPA of  7 on a scale of 10, he/she should convert it into a percentage) and submit the final aggregate %marks in the application form. 

Step 3: Document Uploading - This step requires the uploading of scanned photographs of the applicant's photograph and signature as stipulated by the authorities. If an applicant applies through GATE, he or she must additionally provide a self-attested GATE scorecard.

Step 4: Fee Payment - Candidates need to pay the application fees of Rs 1000/- for those who wish to be considered through GATE/GPAT scores, Rs 3500/- for those who wish to be considered through BITS HD online test, or both the options. Candidates can pay the application fees using PayU Money or PayTM getaway with credit card/debit card/ internet banking.

BITS HD Slot Booking 2025

Candidates who will successfully complete the BITS HD 2025 application form filling process will be able to proceed with the  BITS HD 2025 Slot booking 

• Slot booking is choosing the desired date and time for the candidate to attempt the entrance
• The chosen time is subject to availability and the authorities can change the slot according to the situation
• In case technical issues arise, the chosen slot might be cancelled

BITS HD Admit Card 2025

The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani will release the BITS HD 2025 admit card on the university's official website, from May 20, 2025 - till the date of the exam. Aspirants will be able to access their BITS HD 2025 admit card by logging in using their BITS HD exam 2025 login credentials. The application number and password are required to get the BITS admit card 2025. 

Applicants who will complete the BITS HD 2025 slot booking process successfully will be eligible to get the BITS HD hall ticket. Candidates must choose their chosen day and timing for BITS HD slot booking 2025. Candidates will be able to get their BITS HD 2025 admission card after successfully reserving a slot. The BITS HD 2025 admit card will include the candidate's personal information, exam information, a portrait and signature, the BITS HD exam date 2025, exam day rules, and other information.

Important Points for BITS HD 2025 Application Form Filling

7. One candidate can submit only one form in his/her name, no multiple applications done by a single candidate will be considered for admission. 

8. The application fees paid during the BITS HD 2025 application form filling are non-refundable and non-transferable.
