CUET PG Exam Pattern 2025

CUET PG exam pattern 2025 is out! NTA published CUET PG exam pattern 2025 information brochure on January 2, 2025. CUET PG exam 2025 has been successfully administered online in CBT mode only including multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to assess students' topic knowledge. For 157 test subjects, CUET PG 2025 exam was held between March 13, 2025, and March 31, 2025.

NTA has updated CUET PG Exam Pattern 2025 in accordance with the UGC and expert committee. According to the new changes, CUET PG 2025 exam pattern will allow test takers 90 minutes per subject per paper to complete the exam, rather than 105 minutes. The question paper for the examination is Bilingual throughout all streams, including Science, Humanities, Acharya, Languages, MTech, and higher studies. 

NTA has also stated that CUET PG 2025 General paper will be examined and revised to cater to skill-based and specific professions based on UG knowledge, allowing institutions to use it for programs in such areas. Before beginning CUET PG exam preparation, students must carefully go over the CUET PG 2025 exam pattern. New Changes Introduced in CUET PG 2025 Exam Pattern

The University Grants Commission (UGC) and the National Testing Agency (NTA) have released guidelines for the Common University Entrance Test for Postgraduate (CUET PG) exam for the academic year 2025. A committee of experts was set up to assess the exam's performance. The committee carefully examined a variety of topics, such as the curriculum, the exam's structure, the number of papers, the length of each paper, and the logistical procedures.

In order to be granted admission to postgraduate programs, candidates must pass CUET PG exam. A remarkable 462,000 applicants took part in the 768,414 examinations administered last year. The 157 exam subjects for CUET PG 2025 will be held this time between March 13 and March 31, 2025.

  • The format is still computer-based (CBT).
  • The study will take place once a year and last 90 minutes for each subject and paper.

  • Test takers can select a maximum of four question paper codes. 
  • According to the CUET PG exam pattern 2025, there will be no General Test with each paper.
